“Placed an order in March and still haven't received it. No reply to my emails and find it dodgy that they don't have a phone number. should have checked reviews first! How are they still operating if they are doing this to multiple people. Obviously a scam site.”

“Order a bottle of foundation and less than a month email notice that automatic order was coming. Anyway email them for stop shipment and will dispute credit charge if necessary DO NOT buy anything from them”

“Ordered hand gel sanitizer, which is obviously a hot commodity at this point. They contacted me to tell me that what I ordered can't be fulfilled but they have an alternative they can send that is exactly the same. So far so good I thought as they were trying to make good. When the product arrived though it was basically liquid alcohol, which is nowhere near the same as gel hand sanitizer. So reached out for a return and refund over a week ago and only one response has been had, which basically said that there is alcohol in it so that should be good enough and they won't do anything about it. Total scam artists like all the other reviews are saying!”

“I ordered 2 bottles of hand sanitizer since March 12 and never received them. Email them twice and nobody got back to me. I should have read the review first. The biggest scammer ever!!!!”

“I ordered Hand Sanitizer . The picture was a large bottle of Purell. I paid them $25.oo. They finally got in touch with me saying they would give me their hand sanitizer. I told them that I didn't want it and I asked for a refund. I have been waiting for my refund for over a month. Someone in customer service even got in touch with me. I threatned to give a negative review on line and that's what I am doing. Don't do business with this company!”

“DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!! The same as everyone else's review; ordered 18 March, still not arrived and it's 7th April! Complained and asked for refund; auto reply says they'd get back in 24 hours 3 days ago! STILL NO REFUND Product costs £5.89 and admin etc. brought it up to £13.92!!!!! RIP OFF!”

“Beware, this company is a scam. Ordered products in January, have never receive them and they promised a refund which I never received. Now they ignore me. There are hundreds more in my positions, I don't understand how they still trade and how they're staff sleep at night. Idiots.”

“I paid €37 for 2 bottles of hand sanitizer in the first week of March to be told they would be delivered within 14 days. A month later I've received an email saying product is lost or destroyed. After reading the other reviews it's clear it's a scam site. Please dont waste your money ordering anything from carethy as you're never going receive it.”

“Total scam of a company. I placed an order PHA-IE-2003092239212a1 on the 9th of March, almost a month ago and still have not received it!! It still has not left the warehouse. They take days to reply to any email I send and then respond with a generic answer and do not answer my queries. I am entitled to a refund as my order has not left the warehouse nearly a month after I placed the order. After reading reviews online, I've realised this company just steals your money. I will leave negative reviews on any website I can find to ensure others do not make the same mistake I did. Update: see reply from Carethy below but they have NOT contacted me to make amends. Avoid this company like the plague. I am going to continue leaving negative reviews wherever I can until I get my refund and am going to talk to my solicitor too. I will never order from them or any other non reputable website ever again and will make sure everyone I know, knows what kind of company this is. As you can see from reviews, this is what they tell everyone but do nothing about it: Good morning, We really appreciate your feedback. “Ordered 3 bottles of hand sanitizer on March 3rd.Got an email saying my product would be delivered by march 12th to the 24th.They even created a USPS confirmation #.I check it everday.The product still hasn't been delivered to usps.Ok you got me but never again.You are a despicable scammer.”

“Code: PHA-1402823- i ordered 2 bottles of sanitizer a month ago at a mark up price at 30$ a bottle. A 200% markup gouging price. Nothing delivered. They stole my money, asked for refund and nothing. If you want to get ripped off? don’t ever shop here.”
