“ordered 5 items of bottled Aqua Florida and although they did arrive, because of poor packaging one had broken en route. No response to emails but seeing other reviews i suspect i got away relatively lightly only losing 9 euro. I really must learn to read reviews before making the purchase”

“I made an order last year in September, tracking number (PHA-ZA-1909190126058d5) and cancelled it as soon as I found out that they’re scammers! I sent a email and received a reply several days later. I couldn’t speak to any of their “agents” on the phone because they didn’t have an existing phone number on their site. On the 21st of October, they sent an email saying that my refund would reflect in a maximum of 14 days. It’s been over 8 months and I haven’t received anything. To those reading this, please do not waste your hard earned money on these scammers. It’s not worth it!”

“If i could give zero stars i would. I ordered something from here months ago, haven’t received it and they sent me an email saying they were out of what i ordered so they are sending me something else. I go to check the tracking and there’s not even any record of it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE”

“Order was placed on 12 MARCH 20. It did not arrive within stated time frame. Order cancelled on 15 APRIL 20 and full refund requested via same card as payment was made. Refund promised within 14 days by email on 19 APRIL 20. The refund has not been actioned/ received I was told the refund had been delayed due to an IT issue ??? Refund still not received some 8+ weeks later ***An appalling, dishonest and disreputable company *** -------------------------------BEWARE--------------------------------”

“WARNING ***DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! They ARE A SCAM!!! I ordered some merchandise in the beginning of March and when they did not deliver on the expected date of delivery I emailed them requesting a refund. They have given me every excuse that it would take "14 business days to process the refund" to "having issues with our payment platform suffered a technical incident and our IT department is working on solving it as quickly as possible". We are now towards the end of June and I still have not gotten a refund !!!!!”

“I bought a item that was not delivered on the expected date. Asking for update, they told me that deliveries were delayed. After 2 months, I requested for a refund. They have been stalling and indicating technical problems. Almost 3 months now, and I have lost hope in getting a refund. Scam site, avoid at all costs.”

“STOP!!!! This site is a scam. If you have ordered you should by now of received emails telling you there is a software or IT problem which is why you haven't received your goods. If you respond there will be another in a week or so with a new problem. This is effectively a stalling tactic to keep you "in play" with the false hope that your goods will arrive. The longer they can keep their revenue streams open by fobbing off victims with excuses the more profitable for the scammers. Open a dispute with paypal/credit card/bank ASAP as this constitutes fraud and there is a good chance you will be refunded. Also report this a cyber crime to your local police force.”

“This company/website is a scam!!! I ordered a product on March 16th, on April 10th I was notified that the product is out of stock and I'll be refunded. I'm waiting since then... All my attempts to receive the refund or any information are answered by either an automated bot or poor excuses (like "our billing system is down"). No telephone number, no address and obviously no refund. THIS IS A SCAM! BEWARE!”

“Still waiting on my order that I paid express delivery on 2 months ago. Site says that it has cleared us customs but that was the 22 of may. I left a one star review earlier and I tried to cancel after a month only to be told that it had already shipped. Then I get an email asking me to change my review. I would have if I had gotten my items.”

“TOTAL SCAM! I did not check the most recent reviews prior to making a “purchase” as I’ve ordered from them before over 3 years ago a product for €7 and there was no issues. This must be their strategy. This time I’ve made an order for €180 and they even applied a discount! However, a few days after making the purchase I still not received a confirmation with tracking number, the status of the order was still “In progress” and their website was down. I become suspicious. I’ve checked the web and discovered over a thousand bad reviews! I rang my bank immediately and disputed this transaction. A week later I got my money back! In the meantime Carethy sent me an email saying “My order is on the way” and a link to a Spanish Courier website without providing any tracking number. This is how they operate. They try to buy time! If you are in a similar situation just ring your bank and dispute it! They will also get a fine from their own bank for a chargeback.”

“Ordered 2 products from this website and only 1 product came. I had no email to notify me and and no refund! Just credit on there account. It took 4 weeks for the package to come with incomplete items. Customer service is appalling taking ages to rely then everytime I get a reply with we are sorry please send email... I have lost track of how many emails I have sent. You just get ignored and months later no refund. Do not order from this site!”
