“They went above and way beyond with my loan. When issues arose they not only took care of them, they also put forth the extra effort to make sure I was informed and assured they would handle it. My refinance was complicated and required a lot of extra work to complete and I am grateful that I chose Carlile to handle it!”

“I had an excellent experience buying a home with Carlisle realty. They put in a lot of hard work and effort to get me into a home. I would recommend them to friends and family. They literally pulled off what seemed to be the impossible when I thought that I wasn’t able to get approved for a loan but they got me approved.”

“Disappointing result after loan officer all but guaranteed I would qualify for a refi and after 2 weeks of jumping through every imaginable hoop was told I did not qualify based on the same information I disclosed up front.”

“I had been trying to do a ReFi for almost a year, when I happened across Carlile Realty, and they really made things happen for me. My initial contact was Olivia, who listened to my travails in ReFi land, and assured me that the situation was not hopeless. I had severed contact with a previous company when the request for documentation became overly intrusive, and the requests for documents they shouldn't need under any circumstances (in my view) became intolerable. To wit; the company I had been working with initially (not Carlisle R&L!) wanted me to send them my entire 75 page divorce decree - from 15 YEARS ago! And me with a credit rating of 813! Unbelievable. I had almost given up any chance that I'd be able to ReFi, but Olivia got me in touch with Lacy Smith and it all happened inside of a month. So quick, my head was spinning! They treated me with deference and respect, and they have my highest recommendation without reservation. My mortgage went from 7.25%APR to 1.82% for 10 years. My payment went up $90, for a term reduction of nearly 7 years, to 10 years. They did great for me, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the process.”
