“I hvae been purchasing checkbooks for several years. This year not only the price was much higher, the quality was not great and I was not provided a check book cover. So very disappointed. “I have ordered check before with no problem. My last order didn't arrive two weeks after the order was placed. I inquired on their website and someone called the next day saying that orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico were flagged for insufficient postage. The person I spoke with claimed that was not the case. They reprinted my order and said theywould send it out on a different carrier. That took over two weeks to arrive. The worse thing is my initial order is unaccounted for. No communicatio as wether it was sent back or is lost somewhere with my info.
Very poor customer service. I am not odereing from you again.”
“I ordered custom checks three to a page, with my logo, they arrived on time and looked great. The stock they were made on was cheap, thin paper, but more importantly the perforation part of the checks was not done well and each time the check would tear.
I called customer service, their service rep was great and assured me that if I got the stander paper with out a custom logo the paper would be better and I would be happy.
The new order came in a few days they are better but not great. Still the same issues. If your getting the three page checks, you might want to look around.
The checks look great and the service was 5 star.”

“I ordered checks with an image on the front of the checks, The sample on your website showed a screened image across the checks which looked very good. I supplied the image and when the checks arrived the image was not screened in. it makes it very hard to read the information on the check because of the image.”

Thank you for your feedback. Our carbon copies are actually carbon-less. They are a special paper that has ink bubbles inside that essentially burst when pushed down with pressure from the pen. We always encourage our customers to use a good amount of pressure and it should resolve the issue. If it does not, please contact our Customer Service team with your concerns!

“We ordered checks for our company and things were fine. We received an update email that our checks had shipped. However they didn't really ship out until 6 days later. It will take over 2 weeks to get 1 pack of checks from Chicago to NC. We called to get an explanation and they didn't offer any compensation or even try to explain why we got false information, so we will find another place to purchase in the future.”

“I'm not very happy with the way my company logo came out on the checks. It is cartoonishly large. When I uploaded the logo, the preview window of how the check would look just kept spinning and spinning and never showed me an image. I took a chance and ordered, but I don't think they look very good. Deluxe has somebody size the image appropriately but I guess Carousel does not.”
