Fitter nailed through radiator pipe. Carpetright wont help as pass buck to fitter. My new kitchen ceiling is wrecked. Will not use again.

Macclesfield Branch Lyme Green. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING, the day my wife went into labour I had to fight with the liar called Jess on the phone. She agreed in store and twice on the phone that we had paid to get both our kitchen and bathroom laminated with the same piece of flooring. When the gent turned up to fit the laminate he had no knowledge of the bathroom fitting. When i questioned this with Jess she said we never agreed this and I was going to sort this myself, she then tried to strong arm me into paying a cancellation fee or take what had been falsely agreed. I urge anyone to avoid this place and her. For the stress she caused to me and my wife on what was meant to be a stress free, magical day I only wish I could give 0 stars!

Carpetright Brentford Not as much in store but the fitters were very disrespectful to me and my wife. The guy measuring gave instructions and quote and that was different to the guys fitting They kept talking on a very patronising tone and the fitting itself is 90% very good. 10% rubbish. The carpet it's nice (nothing against the product)

If I could give 0 stars I would! Quick to take your money and two months later still don't have the goods! Had to fight for a refund! The worst company I have ever dealt with.

Dreadful customer care They sold me a ripped carpet of which I didn't notice until I got it home Only for them to reach a resolve Of if I brought a replacement They would give me 10 % off the replacement Change your name to Carpet rip-off

Rhino Lino is awful within seconds of being put down go to put applyences away and Rips in two, along with a shoddy job of tears and jagged edges, you can literally rip it in half with two fingers, waiting to see what’s happening on a solution as I don’t even want it now I’d be to afraid to walk on it never mind anything else!

We have had the worst experience with carpetright, we had our stairs done mid June, but the top three steps go round a corner. Standard stuff, but they seem incapable of getting it correct. This has meant us waiting 13 weeks to get the last steps finished, then it was fitted wrong and we are still waiting for it to be finished!!!!

Still waiting for a refund on a poor quality carpet. It's been 7 months now. Never again will we use this company, but I'm determitned to get my money back.

They did not turn up for the first fitting and did not make contact to let us know. We made contact and they arranged another date, again they never arrived. Still waiting to hear from them, they have made no contact to explain.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY , THEY ARE UTTERLY USELESS AND NOT HONEST, NEVER USE AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. THERE ARE FAR BETTER COMPANIES ABOUT SO AVOID CARPET RIGHT AT ALL COST, THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. UTTERLY USELESS AND HOPE THEY CLOSE THIS COMPANY DOWN SOONER THAN LATER. THEY ALSO EMPLOY USELESS FITTERS WHICH YOU HAVE TO PAY CASH. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

£200+ lino damaged and badly marked, would not offer refund as said I should have inspected it before I left the store! Tried several phone calls got parrot fashion answer asked to speak to supervisor was told to wait up to 72 hours,then just got snooty email next day

On the 30th July, we've ordered a mattress on Carpetright's website and noted that delivery takes up to 21 days. We did call the delivery store fulfilling our order in Feltham twice during this period to see what was going on, and he was told that everything was ok and we would be expecting our mattress in the time slot. 30 days later, we still haven’t received our mattress or any indication of when it will be delivered. We have called the store again in Feltham on Sunday the 19th to find out where our delivery was but apparently, this hasn’t even gone through to the manufacturers. We have been calling every day since, the whole delivery experience is horrendous for the amount of money that we have paid. No one seems to be responding to their enquiries which is worrying as they have taken £449 pounds of me and my partners hard earned money. I called today and found out the manufacturers still haven’t responded. Firstly, we found out the offer code that I used for free delivery had not worked resulting in orders being in a pending status until head office notified the different stores to push them through at least a week after we ordered however we've never been notified of this issue. Secondly, is there no one following up on if any of the orders have been followed through? I find it poor that we have personally had to follow up on this to find out where our goods are. The store have always promised to call us back every day we have called but never did. We also have opened a complaint with the head office under Ref. CAS-13234-P0Y2F4 on the 23rd of August and have sent 2 emails asking for an update since but still no update. We never thought how much this would be such a hassle to get what we have paid for...

Went into the pontypridd store and the staff one big guy and a woman ignored me for half an hour. When the guy came over he said ' oh Ill just get the phone! So I walked out. Surely they should serve customers rather than ignoring then answering the phone instead of serving a paying customer.

Absolute disgrace fitted 1/2 the carpet as apparently was incorrectly measured, what little was done was left like an absolute pigsty. And wood flooring fitted is the wrong one!!! Left with underlay and exposed carpet grippers on the top landing And not a soul has had the decency to contact me. Will never use them again

Dreadful service! After buying in full our flooring at the beginning of April we are still waiting with concrete floors. The shop manager and the carpet fitter have made lots of false promises and just messed us around. Intimidated over payment of the screed which we now have been advised is not level enough to put our flooring on, with many holes still. Not to mention after the room was decorated that the skirting now needed to be changed as the new floor is much lower, so poor advice to the lay person. Once appointed with an investigation officer nothing has been done to date, they were lied to by the manager and fitter. We received an email saying now you are happy you can arrange for the fitting. Awful company we have now requested a full refund so that we can go else where, so we await a response. If it is not resolved we will have to take it further. Would strongly recommend going somewhere else the service and response to poor service is embarrassing.

Had a call 6th July to say flooring was in with a fitting date for today 17th Aug all ok- took the day off cleared the hall where it was to be laid cleaned and all ready. Fitter brought all the goods in - i got him a parking voucher all good. He comments that some of the boxes were open and discovers some of the flooring is damaged- no more in shop need to reorder and re-arrange- he says upon leaving carpetright pay him for this am- i call and ask for any compensation for the inconvenience as why wasn't the quality checked out before dispatching- there is no policy for compensation they tell me. Most disappointing and they deserve to fold
