My iphone7,sold in the Horsham branch in May suddenly stopped working last week Sent back for fixing and came back in the same state! The salesperson suggested I buy another for £299 altho my other one is under guarantee. Absolutely disgusted and am taking this further unless resolved. What are you going to do to help?

Why don’t CPW answer their telephones in the their stores, I telephoned 17 times yesterday and was kept hanging on for a total of 73 minutes and was still unable to speak with someone in the store. I am disabled and unable to get to your store easily in lakeside. So telephoned customer service and was told that there is no way I can have my money returned even though I do not yet have the telephone.Apparently your policy is to ignore the 14 day cooling off period according to the customer service person I spoke too. Is this correct?

has anyone else had an issue with the "Track my repair" function. I have a repair job number. it states you can track your phone in real time. but the site will not let you progress any further after putting in all my details and repair job number. this is really frustrating. I've only had the phone approx 3 months, completely stopped working. carphone Warehouse tried telling me I had to pay through insurance and pay excess, this is clearly a manufacturers fault and all Samsung phones are 24 Warrantly. I got sent away from the shop twice and returned on the 3rd occasion after going home and ringing customer service. they tried to tell me the manager was not there and that he had told them to tell me that I had to go through Samsung directly!! Absolute joke. now they have finally put the repair through it could take up to 30days and I can't even get the track my repair to work.. bloody shambles.

I have your Hawaei 3G phone 16 months old. Just got sim only from C P W O2. Can send and receive e-mail. Can phone out. When incoming call can't revive call although phone is ringing. Is it phone or O2 problem?

I have been a longstanding customer of Carphone Warehouse. Back in August 2017, when I was due to upgrade, I was going to leave Carphone Warehouse as there were not may offers that interest me at the time, all deals were way over my budget but one of your employee persuaded me to stay on but take on a SIM only deal which will tie me down for a month only at a time. I have always been on a cap of £5 and there was no mention of my CAP changing from £5 to £75 at that time or any other time during my conversation with your teams. I have noticed that my connection is much worse since I have taken on SIM only deal so I have called on number of occasions, I have been advised to change SIM card, which I have done, restricting background data etc. but at no point, an issue of CAP came up. When I received my bank statement yesterday, I noticed that my bill for last month was £80.00, I spoke with Mariah who sent my complaint to finance team with reference 67974919; I have since received a message and spoken with your team who informed me that charge is valid and there is no way I am getting my money back. I think it is so unfair and unjust. I did not sign up for any deals as they were all way above my budget and decided to tie up just of a month with SIM only deal, so why do you think that I will have signed up for a CAP of £75, 15 times my monthly bill!!!. If you can prove that I have openly agreed with this then I will accept defeat and keep quiet otherwise I want my money refunded or I will take this up with Ombudsman and put this on Facebook and Reviews.

Why are your salesmen and presumably women liars? I have been plagued by one of your salesmen to renew my contract. After 2 months of non-stop calling he promised me a much better upgrade a improved camera which was important to me and a £50 voucher. when the phone turned up I went to the Hoylake store to have my data transferred. The manager told me the new phone was actually a downgrade, the camera was rubbish and they would send it back and he'd make sure I got a decent phone. The £50 voucher never materialised. I phoned their 'help desk' and spoke to a foreign girl who I could barely understand for 20 minutes. She asked me to hold the line a minute. 20 minutes later I'm still holding on, then the line changes and without any conversation with me, she's connected me to my local store who already know about this. I can only guess she didn't want to deal with me, but in total i'd been hanging on for nearly an hour! This problem still isn't solved, still don't have a voucher or a phone and my landline bill has an hours worth of useless calls. Luckily i'm an Editor of a leisure magazine and this will be going in. This company is riddled with liars, idiots and total bullshitters and I advise anyone to steer well clear of them no matter what they offer you. Must be the only large national company that makes it as difficult as possible to talk to a competent human who really gives a shit. If you don't believe me just look at their rating on here. Total crap.

How can stores, Blackpools Hiundshill agree a deal and then rescind it, after an an inexperienced member of staff makes a mistake! Very bad form and abuses valuable time put aside by people!
