“better than dutch site by getting total rents without hidden costs at one time. Extra driver included. hopefully no surprises at or after rental. Since all basic insurances are included, extra should not be needed.”

“While the booking process was easy, it was only after I'd completed the payment that I was notified that I'd receive my voucher within 72 hours. That would be ok except I was planning on picking up the car in 48 hours. If that was displayed on the website prior to me paying then it wasn't obvious and I certainly not have gone ahead with the booking. Furthermore, if I cancel I will have to contact the insurance company separately to get a refund for the additional insurance I took out. There was a further message regarding availability - there may not even be a car available for me! Again that wasn't displayed until after payment had been taken from my card!!! That is a very poor experience for me. I expect better and as a consequence I will not use this amateur "service" again.”

“Excellent service through booking agents. Service at Europcars at Geneva airport not quite the same standard though. Few staff and a lot of customers and although the member of staff on the outward journey was as helpful as she could be searching for the car was difficult and parked in a very awkward place which meant asking members of the public to help with reverse. Perhaps they could leave cars in a position so customers could just drive out?!”

“Reasonably simple, BUT I would have liked more details E.G. I want an additional driver but the site doesn't tell you how much this will cost. It could be an unexpected shock when we pick up the car!”

“Very easy to book, e-mails to confirm booking arrived straight away and although it stated up to 72 hours before the car hire voucher was e-mailed to us,it arrived in minutes. Very pleased. Excellent service.Thank you.”

“THE PROCESS WAS VERY EASY AND VERY QUICK.NO HANGING AROUND WAITING FOR THE SCREEN TO SHOW.LOTS OF PROVIDERS OFFERED UP AT VERY REASONABLE PRICES.THAT SAID THE PROVIDER I USED I FELT THE EXCESS INS.THEY OFFERED WAS TOO EXPENSIVE.I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO EVERYBODY THAT NEEDS CAR HIRE”
