“Booking a rental car for a holiday was very easy and also worked out to be very cheap. My only concern is that it gave you conflicting information regarding the number of doors on the car which you had booked. For instance, Rentalcars showed a picture of a Nissan Micra with 4 doors, but the description of the car stated 2 doors. This was particularly annoying as we require a small car with 4 doors and are now not at all sure which we have booked. However, I have submitted a query to you and look forward to receiving a response.”

“Using Carrentals is not easy to determine the performance / track record of the various companies. It's basically pot luck if you get a good provider. They should have much clearer feedback sections, then folk would choose on performance as well as price.”

“OVERALL I AM PLEASED WITH CARRENTALS ON MY CAR HIRE NEEDS AS I MOSTLY ALWAYS USE THEM.MY ONLY CONCERN ALWAYS IS THE INSURANCE EXESS THAT ONE IS BADGERED TO FORK OUT ON ARRIVAL TO OICK UP THE CAR.I THINK THIS SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL POLICY AND NOT AS AN ADDITIONAL WHICH ONE IS MADE TO EITHER PAY OR DECLINE”

Hi Martin, If the T&C's of the car you selected state that a free additional driver is included, you do not need to add a driver during the booking process, you can do this locally. All you need to do is make sure that your rental voucher states that one free additional driver is included and make sure the additional driver has all their documents with them, including passport and drivers license.
