You are absolutely correct in saying I placed an order with your company. It was for a kids St Patrick’s day t-shirt and to date I have yet to receive it!! I am extremely disappointed In this service. I deliberately chose to buy from your company instead of some multi corporate conglomerate thinking it would get a more better personal service but I was sadly proved wrong. As an Irish person abroad I really did expect more from Carroll’s Irish Gifts. I have today received my bank statement and the sum of £21.04 was taken out on 14th March 2022. Please return this sum to my account. Rose Smith

On receiving the Sinead doll i noticed a tear at the neck edge of the doll dress, i imediately rang your Customer Supportan left a message requesting a call back, I also emailed a message to Carrolls whick includrd an image of the faulty doll, when I didnt receive a call back or an email from your company i tried calling your number several times, i left several messages but to date i have not had a reply which o must say is extremely bad foĺlow up service on your behalf. I in the end i gave up and repaired the doll as best i could myself, this doll was a gift for my little grandaughter. I would never purchase from your company again as your customer service is appaling. Unsatisified Customer

I ordered on March 5. On March 12 I received an email saying delivery was attempted but my address was incomplete. I still have not received my order. The delivery address on the email WAS complete! I’ve messaged TWICE requesting a refund and not received any reply. I WANT MY DAMNED REFUND!

Hi Duna, I can see from your support ticket that your package was lost in transit and then refunded once you engaged with us on it. I'm sorry your package was lost in transit, that can sometimes happen with international shipments. We will always replace or refund anything that goes missing which we did in this instance

Muy order didn’t arrive. I sent it to Spain and the post office in Spain said that the address was incomplete even though the address is correct. They show that in the Kabel there were no details on it. No name no number etc.

Ordered an item to be delivered to my son, however the on line service kept defaulting back to the billing address with the result the item had all of his address on it, but part of my address and postcode. Therefore the parcel is now lost despite paying a€10 delivery fee. Rubbish customer service and website

Having ordered a gift to be sent to a friend in Lanzarote, after two attempts my gift was returned. This was supposed a surprise. More than disappointing. I will now give Gifts Direct the opportunity to get the job done for me. There was no sincere apology only the comment that they were send on my refund. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Paid extra for express delivery, item did not arrive. Contacted customer services to be told there was a hold up at customs and it would be another 2-3 days. I never received any communication from Carroll’s or FedEx. Requested refund for delivery fee but was refused. Very poor customer service.

I have not received my order that I ordered on 1-29-2022. On 2-21-22 my ordered status says “still being processed” and nothing else. No estimated date of arrival after a month?

The cardigan was defective, so needed to be returned. Their Customer Service is terrible: they have promised to refund the payment but it remains outstanding. The worst service I’ve encountered in the last 5 years.

This was one of the worst customer experiences i have had. I ordered a gift more than 6 weeks in advance of the date I wanted it for (if was a present). It never arrived as there put the wrong shipping address on it - they never informed or told me about this, i had to find out on my own. Then when they reshipped it, they only delivered the glass and forgot the hamper. This was supposed to be a birthday present and i did not have time to wait any longer. The whole interaction was approx 6 weeks long. This was incredibly diasappointing and the incompetence shown was very disappointing. Perhaps the service is different in Ireland, but be very cautious if you are ordering abroad.
