“Ordered one medium and a large to get the right size told they were in stock, Sadly after a while refunded for the large which probably would have been the best fit and the order took so long to arrive, it will be my first and last.”

“There were a lot of changes in the hamper i got. Granted it was Christmas and I’m sure they were just trying to sort out out but a cheese cutter thing was missing and that was a bit of a decider for me. Otherwise, decent and fair value.”

“I still haven't received your order, I ordered it 3 weeks ago, so I ordered it on December 13 and I haven't received it until January 7, I know there were holidays in between, but I usually receive all other orders from Europe within a few days. Please make an inquiry where the package got stuck! Very nice cups i got on january 12th so 1 day less than 1 month after the Order, Christmas -New year gift went to hell. Too bad they are really nice cups!”

“Service was great until I made a purchase after that I only got email and refund for one item out of stock over a week later when everything was posted. I didn't got a chance to buy another gift for one child for a Christmas because it was too late. No response on my email either. All gifts went to Poland and after they left Dublin no way of tracking the package. Still don't know where they are. Mixed feelings about this shop. There is a lot of competition out there.”

“I love going to the actual shops but ordered online and wasn't overly impressed unfortunately. Two items have bern substituted and one was missing. I did get a refund though. Very little contact and very slow. I'll just stick to shipping instore.”

“I love Carrolls Irish Gifts. The products are fantastic, however this last order that I placed - Christmas gifts to be delivered to friends in Ireland - proved more frustrating than festive. The first Item ordered allowed for a gift message to be included. The second item, which I had to order separately since there was no way to put in a different delivery address, gave me no opportunity for a gift message. When I emailed Carrolls customer support to include a gift message, the reply was that they were basically too busy at Christmas to sort that out. Needless to say, I did not order the third item that I wanted to send to yet another friend. Very disappointing!”

“The product I ordered was to be a Christmas gift. It is a great sweater. However, it arrived late and I was unable to obtain any tracking information which was frustrating. I received no response to my email.”

“I highly recommend Carrolls Irish Gift shop. They were very efficient and gifts were dispatched on time. Although I would recommend that they change courier as my package was thrown over side gate even though marked fragile. I am thankful Carrolls had such a fantastic job at packing the glass nothing was damaged.”

“Quality of goods ordered - 5 stars, Processing - 4 stars (4 days), communication with the company about shipping - 2 stars. The items ordered were of excellent quality, once they finally arrived. I feel that the company needs to be more transparent to overseas customers when presenting shipping options. I qualified for free shipping and was given the choice of "free", "2-3 day Express" or "Overnight". So I chose "free", not knowing that meant it was hand rowed across the Atlantic in a small boat, rather than jetted by DHL or FedEx. The goods are excellent, but plan on waiting a month for delivery if you want to use the "free" shipping to the USA.”

“Gifts are brilliant quality items website needs upgrading spent several days trying to purchase items but at end of process it asked read conditions when I ticed box it frooze. Tried to communicate this with carrolls but no reply.”
