I order there every year for Christmas and there’s always a problem. This year I ordered on the 8 of December and received the package a month later only. They said it was An Post fault vu An Post said they never received my package. I had to ask for another delivery for free for them to Miraculously find my package.

Waste of Time. Orders placed 6 days before guaranteed deadline for delivery in time for Christmas. Paid for express delivery and goods still not received. Customer service have just apologised on behalf of everyone else and stated it a busy time of year

Hi Aibhe, Your package left in good time to arrive pre Christmas. I can see it arrived in New Zealand on 18th December where it stayed in a Fedex depot until December 28th for some reason and then started to move again. I have flagged this with Fedex and have requested more information. I am sorry your package did not arrive pre Xmas. Regards, DAra

Hi Johanna, You ordered an item to the USA that is marked as Europe only on our website as it contains alcohol. The package was held by US customs as a result and delayed. It has since made it through customs and is on its way to you via USPS Regards, Dara

Left at door in 40 degrees heat. Product ruined as mostly chocolate. Never use again!

Hi Fanny, They attempted to deliver to the address in Spain which you provided and this is the message they sent us back En entrega El destinatario es desconocido en la dirección de destino y se procede a la devolución del envío A refund has now been processed for you as they are returning the package to us

I ordered a package for a family member in Canada on the 6th of December and it still has not been delivered ... Order number car00485761. I got the following response from you . Your tracking number is LX303381690IE and I can see it is still in transit on Canada Post website. They have had severe delays there over Christmas. What would you like us to do at this point as it will likely arrive in the next few days? The recipient in Canada has followed up with Canada post . I have attached their reply. I would appreciate that this matter is cleared up as soon as possible. George

i ordered early december some chocolate bombe that were supposed to be a part of a Christmas gift. it shipped on december 14th but after that a never had any update on where my package was. It is december 30th and i still never got my order, and still no updates. i would like a refund.
