“There are a wonderful array of irish quality gifts. I was planning on placing a Christmas order soon but unfortunately was disillusioned with my first recent order. Within minutes of the online order being placed, I immediately sent a message to cancel as it was not the Butlers Hazelnut Praline that I had thought. As I live in the US, it’s not like I could call someone with the 7 hour difference. It was 8pm over there. A couple days later, a response came saying I could just refuse delivery…not so as it comes in a community mail box. It was annoying to say the least. I would reconsider placing a future order with Carrolls if you could provide at least a 20% discount or free shipping.”

“I still have not received my Gift, Was suppose to be given to a friend who was living a country , I have contacted customer service many times for update , 1st order was in unknown stage , they send second time while I asked them to make sure that reach me before weekend , item apparently arrived on wed, was no use to me any more and I was at work so still at post office and will send it back as soon as I get chance to pick it . Very unhappy customer”

“I came to Ireland in September, and I was only there for four days. As I came for a work event, I was worried that I wouldn't have time to shop for souvenirs for friends and family, so I ordered online from Carrolls Irish Gifts and had it delivered to my hotel. The package arrived on time and in good condition. All the products that I bought are of excellent quality and were well packaged! Would definitely recommend them for any Irish souvenirs or gifts!”

“I had a friend who visited Ireland and brought me back Brady's barrel aged Irish whiskey coffee. I enjoyed it. So I was devastated that there was no one in Canada that sold it. so I set out to Google to track it down. I came across Carroll's Irish Gifts, and they carry it, so I immediately ordered it! The transaction was seemless and delivery was 2 weeks later. I will be ordering again, as well as browsing what else they may sell. Get a wee touch of the Irish and you crave more. I truly thank Carroll's Irish Gifts for being my new coffee ordering hot spot!”
