“I have purchased gifts from Carroll's on many occasions with great satisfaction but my recent one was a disappointment. I boughta newbridge silverware pendant (tree of life) & it arrived wrapped in layers of bubble wrap while the irony of it all was the box it was in was scratched & in disarray. The pendant was as expected no damage but the presentation means just as much especially when I was sending this to a loved one. Please have this rectified not a good look for Carroll's & I was very disappointed. Stephen”

“This is the 2nd time I have purchased this bracelet from you (once while in Ireland and once on the internet to replace the one I bought in Ireland). Each time when trying to take it off of the card it comes on, it has broken and I have not been able to wear it. It seems almost impossible to get it off of the card. I’ve used larger scissors and little scissors but each time, it gets the elastic part of the bracelet and snaps it in half. I bought 3 more for friends of mine and only 1 was able to get it off without the same tin g happening. You need to repackage these bracelets.”

“I lived in Ireland for a few years, many, many moons ago. In that time I DID NOT get an Irish welcome, like in the commercials. Instead my experience of Ireland was more The Magdalene Sisters than Ballykissangel. I was isolated. Because I did not have an Irish accent. I was seen as "not being from round these parts" and " a foreigner" I am a tornado and volcano waiting to explode, for being severely abused throughout my existence.”
