“Roger the salesman made the expierence of buying a car less stressful and more enjoyable, the whole expierence in the store was great my kids loved the cars for them to explore the store and it kept them entertained.....the sweet cart topped it off!!!”

“1st car passed pip check was recieving the car on the tuesday on the monday the clutch went 2nd car i was offered it all went through and i called to see what day will be ready and the gear box went 3rd car that i found myself without any help! Went through fine recieved it on the monday took it home and it starts rolling off my drive way , took it it third day car starts making a loud screaching noise and took it in to find out the wheel bearings had gone So gutted i have wasted alot of money time and now im stuck with a car which i do not trust fully feeling like it will only be a matter of time before im back in getting something else fixed. The only 1 good thing is the lady called kelly who helped me after a man called kim just left me in the ditch after elling me was going to call me back then for me finding out the next day he was on leave to get married, gutted i wasted my time chasing peter vardy when i should have been a valued customer and for them to forget about me is sisgusting but as i say if it wasnt for kelly i would have went elsewhere The only thing that saved my custom was kelly who jumped in to help me and always kept in touch which resuled in me buying her a bunch of flowers which i can not thank her enough whithout her i would have went elsewhere.”

“prior to buying the car I was not told that the v5 document had still not been handed in by the previous owner due to an issue with the private registration plate that was on the car which ment I then ended up waiting 2 weeks before getting the car, I don't understand how a company like peter vardy are able to make such a mistake where they are left without a v5 for a car ? I was not kept informed of any updates and left not knowing when I would be getting the car which ment I kept having to phone up and when I did I was told I would have been called back on 2 separate occasions and was not. Eventually I was told the v5 had arrived and was booked in for an appointment at 6 o'clock on Friday 18th august so I paid for a taxi to come out which cost me £20 to sit for 2 and a half hours then be told i was unable to get the car that day and I would need to come back on the Saturday to collect it so I was another £20 on a taxi home. After driving the car I have also noticed a heavy squeaking from the brakes and a grinding noise when pulling away in 1st gear which I have still to call up about as they were closed on Sunday. The only part of my experience that was pleasant was Kelly who was nice to deal with and very apologetic about the situation but if it was not for her and the fact that the car was rare I would have taken my buisness else where a long time ago. My partner is looking to buy a car and this has compleatly put her off and also me in the future.”

“The service from roger was exceptional - timely, personal and I was kept in the loop throughout. However, since then the service has been appalling. Stephanie in handover openly admitted she didn’t want to be there and made me feel like and inconvenience. I also had a missing wheel nut, sat nav and only one key which you state isn’t policy. Appalling after sales.”

“Michael McGuire was so helpful to my son and i liked the way he explained everything to him. This was my sons first car. It made it such an enjoyable experience for us all. The personal touch of contacting us after my son got his car was very much appreciated. I would come to back Peter Vardy without hesitation because of the way we were treated by Michael I would recommend Michael/Peter Vardy to my friends and family”
