After waiting three weeks for collection the work to be done to the car was still not completed and now another two weeks later am still waiting for an appointment to get the rest of the bodywork finished

Buying the car was fine, Craig was helpful and took us through the detail of the cost breakdown and I would happily recommend Craig to friends looking at buying a car. When we spoke with Craig having signed for the car on the Saturday we expected the car to be ready around Wednesday the following week however no calls or updates at all meant I had to follow up on state of play. The after sales service could be vastly improved to be honest. After first getting the car it took almost 2 weeks of chasing by me to book the car in for a dent to be repaired, batteries replaced in the keyfobs, private plate to be fitted and a rattling noise from the back of the car to be resolved. As it stands the first 3 have been resolved and we will have to arrange for the car to go back in again to get the issue resolved which is very inconvenient.

What went wrong? Pretty much everything. Firstly agreed to buy car. Next day decided i would like to discuss the sale and maybe change my gap insurance for the warranty. Thought to myself surely a simple case of speaking to someone about it. Phoned first thing in the morning to be told someone would call back. No one called which resulted in me phoning another seven times to be told the same thing and what do you know? No call back. Tried again the next day and after another 4 calls and being told someone would call id had enough and demanded to speak to someone which i did but why it was aloud to get to that point beggers belief. Once contact was made they dealt with the request nicely to be fair. Fast forward another day to the car collection day. And i must say nothing is more disheartening than going to collect your new car to find out its presented to you with more damage than before and mats missing which were part of the sale. Dirty interior and registration bulb not working and no screenwash in the car which also says to me it wasnt serviced as promised and the mot wasnt carried out correctly. Im an easy going man but my god was my patience tested. Neadless to say i was promised that if i took the car they would send for it to be returned for repair and proper valet and if required a courtesy car provided. Was promised by salesperson and sales manager that i would be contacted next day and by the friday someone would collect the car. Needless to say no one called and no one came to collect car. No word. Nothing. I had to call again to be fobbed of with "someone would call back" and eventually after another 4 calls someone phoned to book my car in for repair and had no real clue about the problems that id had. And was told next available day was 11 days later and that no one was to collect the car and no courtesy car was available and if it was it would cost me £12 per day. I eventually got it arranged correctly but alot of things went wrong needlessly. Think a bit more communication between departments and more focus on replying to customer calls is required.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I was impressed with the fact that, there was no "HARD SELL", the salesman (Robbie in our case) let us lead the focus of our interest. We were "encouraged, rather than being pushed".

No communication with application, had to contact the lender myself. Contantly phoning and feeling like a nuisance. Manager contacted and said check in post for inconvienience yet still no check 10 days later, only to recieve a bill for fuel which i knew nothing about.

This was the first we had used CarStore and we only popped in after reading an advertised offer when passing. This turned out to be a very good idea as we experienced the smoothest and easiest car purchase either of us has ever had. All offers and deals were transparent and the customer service was absolutely exceptional. Rodger listened to exactly what we were looking for and found us just that, and more! The only negative for us was that this was also the first time ever we had been car shopping without any of our 4 children in the most family friendly Showroom ever. We will be sure to bring them on our return in a couple of years.
