“Michael is a great guy very welcoming to us . Felt like we had known him for ages . We didn’t feel any pressure to buy a car and was amazing in helping us find the car we wanted . Without a doubt of we decided to get a new car again we will be back”

“I was initially disappointed with the car purchasing experience I had with CarStore. However, their quick response prooved that this is a company values customers' opinions. Though I was pushed to get the car in Nov, the car was not serviced when the car was delivered, the car service was quickly arranged and their customer service has tried their best to make customers happy. The car mat was not in the car when it was delivered as promised. They did put the mat to the car after service though the quality was not very good.”

“From the moment we entered the car store we where met by Rodger who made our experience seamless and enjoyable. He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with so much so that I brought another family member in a week later who purchased a car from him, fantastic service.”

“The showroom was laid out well and there was not the intimidating atmosphere that can be the case when visiting other competitors. The staff could not have been more helpful or attentive and I feel that my family were treated like people and not the subject of a sales target. When we did decide to discuss the purchase of our car while the process was dealt with efficiently it also felt informal and relaxed. It was also encouraging that there was 'no special discounts' to be obtained and that the price offered was the best price.”
