“Excellent service as soon as I came through the door,was looking at the car I came to see and was attended to by Ryan Porterfield,was very clued up on the car and put my mind to ease straight away with any questions I had,the best thing of all he told me what I needed to hear and gave me the keys and left me and my girlfriend alone to get a feel for the car which I feel is very important as you don’t want someone breathing down your neck and being pushy.once I was ready Ryan was waiting and had me out on the road within 5 minutes for a test drive,very very professional and very friendly would recommend to anyone......5 stars all round for Ryan’s sale of the car it couldn’t have went more smoothly for us”

“Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who answered all questions and queries. Darren Lafferty our sales gentleman went through different options allowed us to test drive cars and clearly explained all the different areas the cars where in. Made my little girl very welcome even when uncovering the car got her involved in bringing on the music and pulling the cover off.”

“On entering the showroom, we were welcomed, our temperature checked, and allowed in to view the cars, every member of staff was open, friendly and unobtrusive but available to help if I needed information on the vehicles, Darren was my salesman, extremely nice, not pushy, and completed the transaction effortlessly...all in all a good experience...pick up took longer when I went to finalize the purchase on Monday evening...but again staff very friendly and accommodating, two key fobs given but unfortunately they hadn’t been tested prior to delivery, and one wasn’t working, also had to come back to the showroom today to pick up the SD card for the onboard sat nav...feel these little things could be checked prior to the hand over...Lia took payment and handed over the car...as I intimated pleased with the salesman, and overall the staff are not overbearing but are very helpful, and other than the tiny niggle with key and SD card, would happily recommend Peter Vardy in the future...a member of staff phoned me regarding SD card the day after I collected the car...”

“We bought a Skoda Roomster from this store. When we looked at the vehicle - which drove well - we notyed that the rear screen wiper was shredded and the interior smelled. The salesman,who was excellent,said that these would be fixed before we picked the car up. Excited to have the car we jumped in and drove away.Some short distance later my wife said that the vehicle was still smelly - and it was.When we got home I checked the rear screen wiper and,needless to say,it had not been changed. I bought a new wiper the next day and installed it in a few seconds.I went to Halfords,bought a 'bomb' and set it off inside the car. The smell all but disappeared. The car drives well but the small irritating problems - which cost me a total of £25 to overcome - are the reason I will not return to Vardy.I .wrote to the complaints area of the web site but,of course,heard nothing”

“I felt at home in the store meet and greet, coffee all within the space of a min. Salesman was brilliant, very knowledgable and I felt at ease throughout. When I collected my car, this is where Peter Vardy drops from.a 10 out of 10 to a 1 out of 10. The car was filthy, it smells.of cigarette smoke, carpets are dirty and generally it has been deleted by a blind person who clearly does nothing for the reputation of Peter Vardy. Unsurprisingly I had the exact same experience in Peter Vardy Vauxhall in Motherwell, where the car the had ready for me to pick up was filthy. The sunroof is broken, which was supposed to be fixed, I was told today that they had ordered a part, which I do not beleive that's what's wrong with it, as the blind is stuck which is stopping the roof opening, however I will.wait and see what happens. I am going to have to spend at least £60.00.for a detailed valet just to feel.comfortable in this car. Peter Vardy, you need to seriously look at who is cleaning these cars and change it immediately or you will lose custom.”

“Picked my new Audi A6 up from Hillington carstore on the 27th of October.My sales man was sandy stevenson he sorted me out with Everything I was looking for and it went as smooth as it can go when picking up a new car. We had a few wee obstacles to get over but we got there in the end. It is my Second time gettting a car from here and am pritty sure I will be back in the future . All in all a good experience also dealt with Harry,Stephen and also Chloe who done the hand over realy nice people.”

“The focus is in the wrong place. The big reveal should not be the focus, but attention to detail should be! If less time was spent on making it "look good" and they used the time to double check the car and details, I would be a happier customer.”
