“The sales agent was very pleasant and informative. A credit to the company. Presentation of the car ie interior issues could have been better. Early pick-up of car (sooner than expected) meant we lost out on special deals ie defered payments or other goodies”

“Very friendly staff, approachable and eager to help and assist. Absolutely love the car, again on first viewing there were a few obvious marks and scratches which I told would have been fixed the filling week before my collection of the vehicle, they were not fixed and I had to point them out again to another staff member who was very helpful. Also car had a light on, regarding not being able to detect types sensors. The staff member who originally dealt with me, came and collected my car and took it to the store and made sure everything was sorted. I would recommend the company, however I feel they need to ensure all of the work is done to their cars before they allow them out of their store and with the customer. Having a slow puncture in one of my tyres was slightly alarming, vehicles should not be given to customers when something like that has not been sorted. Overall, the staff and everyone I encountered were great but I feel that the sale was the most important thing not necessarily customer welfare after purchase.”

“Purchased my car at CarStore and i dealt with a Man named Craig Gemell,nothing was any bother to Craig and as im quite a hard person to please he had the patience of a Saint,he brought the car into the showroom for me to check out at my leisure,offered tea or coffee and at all times i was dealt with politely and he gave me all the information i required,i would not hesitate to deal with Craig again if i was ever looking to purchase another car in the future,feel he should be acknowleged for his customer service,1st class service and one happy customer”

“Excellent from start to finish made to feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door no hard sell freedom to walk about the show room with no annoying salesman pestering you. Great atmosphere and a excellent range of cars to chose from at reasonable prices with great aftercare”

“Our customer service agent Brian, I feel went the extra mile to make myself and wife feel welcomed into your store, went over every possible deal, giving multiple options on different insurances etc. Great customer service, excellent one to one communicator, I would highly recommend him to family and friends, keep up the good work, and hopefully see you in the near future.”

“Came in to car store Glasgow for a new car, dealt with John Drummond who went the extra mile in regards to customer service who fought tooth and nail to get me the car I wanted that took a bit of time on my behalf where john would even take the time out of hours to help. Will definently come back and recommend to friends and family.”
