“Craig was very nice and helpful when I visited to have a look at a car. The process was seamless and Craig explained and answered any questions I had about the car and the deal too. He was very patient and professional. Craig also called later in the week to check everything was running well with the car and that I was happy. I am very pleased with the level of customer service I received and the standard of the car. Many thanks.”

“Due to Covid restrictions, I had looked online for suitable cars, I called the store and was assisted in making my visit as efficient as possible. At the store I was helped by several staff, Bobby was first to greet me at the shop front, then it was onto Harry who showed me the products on offer and helped me to get the car of my choosing, Harry and Brian made the finance part easy to understand and I believed the deal suited myself and the firm. Went home happy with my choice, I got a follow up call from Stephen in the handover team and he guided me through the online signing of documents. I arranged to pick the car up 2 days later. I was helped by Sasha through the handover process. All in all the staff i was in contact with were really friendly and helpful and the process was smooth. I'm happy with my Vardy experience and my purchase. I also got a follow up call from Harry again informing me to contact him if I needed anything. Top Mark's to all concerned. Thankyou.”

“Harry was very helpful in finding me a car as i wasn`t sure what i was looking for. He took me round the showroom and i saw the For Focus ST, he manage to get me what i wanted regarding the car.”

“Our sales person was Craig and I found him to be very professional. He took us through the sales process step by step and explained everything we asked him. He had a lovely friendly manner and couldn't do enough for us. He also managed to say hi on the day I picked up my car. I've spoken to him since as I have a problem with the Bluetooth connection and once again he has been very helpful.”

“We arranged to collect our car CP67 GPK at 1630 on Friday 26th March. We were quickly met by an agent who advised that there was an Issue taxing the vehicle. I explained that id previously discussed this with someone over the phone and was advised all was ok. Further discussions were made and finally approx. 1820 we were advised that all was sorted and would get the paperwork finalised. We at this point had not fully inspected the vehicle and asked and was advised we would get the keys. These did not arrive until approx. 1900. My wife immediately notice the poor standard of Valetting and also visible damage to various areas of the interior of the car. It was however agreed that we could take the car home and would receive a call to have it re booked in for repairs. Today I have had to make an inquiry and initially advised that the 14th April was the earliest this could happen. Very poor as your Quality Promise clearly states ""We'll always make sure your car is in tip top condition. You get our 114 point inspection and preparation standards including 2 keys with every vehicle, damage free alloys and interiors free of obvious damage. Plus with a minimum of 6 Months until any of our cars need a service or MOT you are covered. " To date I am still awaiting a further update on this.”

“The service was quick from start to finnish was around 30 mins max. And with covid restrictions i felt very safe and realxed .we were offered refreshments while waiting for paper work. Staff was friendly and polite”

“I always enjoy my visits to the Hilling Carz store. Anton showed my boyfriend and I around all the cars, taking the time to show me lots of options and the sales process was smooth, the manager Brian added in an extra free of charge which I really appreciate. Excellent customer service, which is why this is my 3rd car from that branch and all future cars. Thanks again.”

“Fantastic car, very nice and helpful customer service since this was my first time getting a car on finance. Friendly staff when I went to collect the the car. Quick and easy application and finalising the deal on the day of collection. Sorted out my road tax for me aswell.”

“Sales advisor was very good and helpful and knowledgeable and I did not feel pressured into anything at all. When I came to pick up the unfortunately when driving home on the motorway the bonnet was moving about and when I was able to stop the bonnet had not been closed properly so I wasn’t happy with that.”
