“Received courtesy call on Saturday evening from Sales Agent Ryan. After asking how I was enjoying my new car I explained that the SD card was missing to activate the navigation system. He explained Sales Office was closed until Monday but would email them and call me on Monday? Mentioned to Ryan that both sets of keys never had new Peter Vardy keyrings, and one was very badly scratched that I took off and binned due to Covid-19. After several conversations with Ryan I reassured him that my rating had nothing to do with him. He was very professional when showing me the car (s) and never pressured me in any way that was off taking. 4 weeks later and still not received SD card.”

“I had to take the car back to get it valeted again as it was not done to a good standard and when I collected it it still was not as clean as it should be. When first collected it it was as if a rush job with a jet wash and chamois as half of the car was dirty, windows inside were filthy seats not vacuumed, old receipts left in car and not even sanitised as stuff on the steering and rear cup holders. after it was meant to be done the 2nd time it had been vacuumed and windows cleaned but the outside was still not that clean , Asif just been hosed down and the steering colum is still filthy. I had to wash it when I got home and now the car is properly clean. The muck that was inside the wheel arches and at the filler cap. There was a few stone chips and this is on a 19 plate 5 series bmw, so you would expect maybe chips away or something like that but no just a little touch up brush and now it looks even worse. I will now need to pay more money to get it fixed myself. The service has now changed and went down hill drastically. not happy After I signed the paperwork for the deal it took 6 days to receive my car and it should have been spotless but not.”

“Craig in Peter Vardy Hillington was friendly and efficient in dealing with my purchase of my new car He made the experience a stress less free experience Would recommend to anyone A few hiccups when I went to pick up the car but these were sorted out quickly by a lovely young girl who I cannot remember her name unfortunately”

“First class service from my advisor Craig. He spent a good bit of time with me knowing I wasn't sure. Provided loads of info and offered various solutions and managed to get me all I wanted. Never felt pressured at all and felt comfortable which is what you are looking for buying a car.”

“The staff were professional and put you at ease with adhering to restrictions in place.the sale of the car was smooth and effortless and even when there was a computer problem obtaining road tax this was overcome by sending a staff member to the post office.Darren Lafferty is a credit to your store.He has a lovely manner and was very efficient and knowledgable and did not put us under any pressure to take any additional options with the car. Our experience throughout was very positive and we would recommend your store to others looking for high quality cars.”

“Sales process by Jamie no problems but like a lot of companys after sales service not so good kept waiting 40 mins for car pick up ,ended up rushing it in the end as had to rush off.so 2 stars off other wise it would have been 5.”

“Great experience, Craig went through the whole process and made it really easy. I was worried about my credit rating not allowing the purchase to go through but Craig prioritised the application to put me at ease. Great customer service and I would highly recommend Craig and the Hillington branch. Love my new car.”
