“Purchased car and when arrived to collect, the car was not ready at all. Car wasn’t fuelled as agreed. Salesman agreed to replacing the seatbelt but when collecting the car it was not done and then went back on his word. Many phone calls and arguing later it was sorted (took about 3 months to get sorted) I would not recommend purchasing a car for this company. It feels like when they have your money, they then don’t care about you at all.”

“From the first point of contact Kim was great. He was very helpful in giving information about the car I was interested in, sending a video of the car, it was a great idea. He was great when we came in to view the car, everything was made very easy and straight forward. All of his actions helped our decision to buy the car. The whole experience was brilliant.”

“We returned to Peter Vardy after a couple of months buying our first car from them. The car gave us nothing but problems, and we initially had to struggle to get anyone to help us or even acknowledge there was a problem. Eventually George contacted us and did everything he could to help us resolve the problem. We ended up having to get a new car as the problems in the old one just couldn’t be rectified. George set us up an appointment with James and Michael in sales, and we were extremely happy with the service we received. We now have our new car and love it! Despite having a dreadful initial impression with Peter Vardy, they have redeemed themselves. We have given them 4 stars to account for the initial problems, but were very happy with the new car - from service to collection and beyond. Thank you.”

“I went in with one car in mind and came out with a far better one and a much better deal. Ryan provided not only a great service but some banter thrown into the mix, which made the experience a fun one. I will highly recommend Ryan and your company to anyone needing your services. “Called to enquire about a particular car at short notice that turned out to be in a different store -- found me a similar (albeit more expensive) car which I ended up buying. Only giving 4/5 because the salesman texted me tonight pleading with me to rate him 5 stars and that just doesn't sit right with me.”
