“This is a good opportunity to provide feedback to you regarding my recent purchase of a vehicle from Peter Vardy Hillington location. Having bought vehicles previously from other Car dealerships which was fraught to say the least. In comparison, I must commend Mr Chris Mitchell in providing a Very Professional & Courteous Service making the whole experience at Peter Vardy Hillington both enjoyable & memorable. “Love the car store. This is the second ford Kuga we have purchased and will deal with them again. We dealt with Michael and would highly recommend him. Polite, engaging and knowledgeable, a credit to the Car store team. Never did we feel under pressure with a hard sell approach of days gone by. Love the interactive area for the kids, a very family friendly environment. Never felt we had to hurry up and leave. Thanks again Michael Regards Bernadette Reynolds”

“The sales person I dealt with Calum Todd in my opinion did a excellent job however the follow up from there went wrong I was passed to the final detail person who I thought would go over all the purchase details and they only handed me a copy of the order paperwork nothing on payment terms And again at the hand over nothing was explained to my satisfaction and i finished up with a gap insurance and loan agreement i really did not want and when I came back to discuss this I was passed to a manger Jim I believe who was very blunt and basicly told me that this was my deal and I could not change or cancel it. I have however now paid in full via finance.company and decided to keep the gap insurance therefore I felt dishartend with your company after my first dealings with yourselves However the car also had some issues with the climate system and washers which was dealt with very professional and gave me satisfaction i was dealing with a reputable company Also my follow up meeting with your manager Jamie Reid Was carried out very professional and has again restored my Faith in your company”

“It was my first experience car shopping, I had heard horror stories of not being left alone when looking around etc, Sean who ended up selling my car couldn’t have been nicer, he spoke to us briefly, showed me around a little then gave me space to have a look, once I had a look around he wasn’t far away or us to continue conversation about the car I wanted, he was brilliant from start to finish, guys a hero. Give him a raise”
