“I was told 5 different dates I was to pick my car up and never received it on any of the dates given, I even turned up at the car store only to be turned away without a car. This was very frustrating although the sales Rep Jamie Reid could not have been anymore helpful as he even found out what was happening with my car while he was off on holiday because everyone else I spoke to on the phone couldn't give me a straight answer. I was also told because of the delay in getting my car I would receive a full tank of petrol and some other gifts but I never received any of them (the gift I did get I think was a standard gift to everyone)”

“My surprise at how good value the car has been is still living with me 1 month later, I genuinely got myself a real bargain! They were patient with me, quick to answer my questions and to accommodate my arrival from Belfast. I couldn't recommend craig and the guys at Peter Vardy enough, and the Passat I bought has been absolutely wonderful, thanks again. Chris”

“As soon as I got to Peter Vardy, I was welcomed in a pleasant and welcoming manner. Everything went very well from here. I had no clue what I wanted from a car, Thank God for Jamie. He narrowed it down and explained everything very well . He was very understanding and patient. As soon as he showed my the car he thought was best for me, I knew there was no going back. He knew what I wanted more than I did. 10 points for everything, especially customer service. Would definetly recommend to friends and family. Top marks for Jamie. Thanks again. Loving the new car! x”

“I had very happy and pleasant visit here and buying my car was a very smooth transaction. Barry who sold me the car was really friendly and helpful and was intent on finding me the best deal. The handover team were great as well and for my next car I will definitely be going to Peter Vardy!!”

“Greeting staff at door. Friendly receptionists. Chatty friendly salesman. Was introduced to the manager. Offered drinks. Activities to keep the children occupied whilst I was talking to salesman.”

“Ryan listened to what I wanted and sold me exactly that. I wasn't pressured to buy something I didn't want. The experience was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, which made the process simple and enjoyable. The carstore puts all other used car sales garages to shame, a complete pleasure and will definitely be returning to Ryan for my next car. Thanks, I love my new car.”

“Sales advisor Darren was excellent and I would highly recommend. I had agreed a deal and was happy with it. Then recieved a call from Darren saying that he had got me a even better deal on my car. That is above and beyond and great Customer service. Also Laura who was in the hand over team also deserves a mention for her the service given, despite not being well Hope your feeling better. for sure will be returning in the future. Thanks”
