Had a great experience at Peter vardy in Hillington. And the sales team were amazing! I couldn’t thank Chris enough for his time and effort in making my first experience of buying car so easily understandable and hit all my expectations of what I wanted for my first bought car. So again thanks Chris and I would highly recommend Peter vardy to all my family/friends the customer service given by all staff is unbelievable they really do make you feel at home and welcomed 😊 so thanks to everyone!

I am not happy. I get 14 days to return the car. I spend over 14000 and you give me W car with a cracked tyre. And even no SD card provide to me. Really disappoint me. please follow up with me immediately.

No problem came in came out broke so really happy with the staff all very Kind car wasn’t as clean as I would of liked but no big thing . Do think u should give key rings when you hand over keys

Salesman very good & understanding . On collection 1 .5hrs wait due to valleting & no £40 worth of fuel. Have complained think the problem has been resolved.Thanks to salesman.

absolutely the worst customer service ive experienced from any company! impossible to contact anyone and calls are never returned! ridiculous to be flat out lied to from a supposedly professional company. rude, arrogant and cheeky staff within the hand over department. still, after numerous requests for simple information on a vehicle recently purchased, i have not received anything, from anyone. i have complained on a few different occasions and no one has bothered to contact me. i am left with a faulty vehicle that i have now to seek legal advice to rectify as this company simply does not care. bottom line is- BUY YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE!! save yourself the time, stress, hassle and money!

Worst experience of ever buying a car will never buy from car store again was supposed to pick my car up on Saturday and they didn’t have the log book for the new car the car was badly damaged and was told they would drop it off at 10am on Wednesday now that’s pasted I have had no contact from them and no one answering my calls after taking £1500 off me carz the cowboys I’m furious

Had a bit of trouble at the start with the incorrect information that Michael had given me over the phone. Said the payment offered online would be 'there or there abouts' his words and then when i went to the garage he said he didnt say that and knocked the price down £1000. Not a great experience at all to begin with. After that the experience was fine. Harry called and when i went into collect the car he came over and introduced himself and said if i needed anything to call and speak to him directly.

The sales guy was helpful and very good, I have no issues with him what so ever and would recommend him. However bit of false advertising as the price on the car was £275 deposit and £275 a month which I would have been happy with. Then we sat down and then the adds on appeared, why not just be truthful from the start. I reluctantly agreed a price and was told that there would be no payment for 2 months, I then received a phone call stating that the company the loan was coming from did not allow a months grace and I would start paying 30 days after purchase. I then arrived at 1510 to pick my car up at 1530 no one spoke to me until 1610, then I was meant to have my V5 with me what was not explained, therefore I had to drive back to my house in Hamilton to collect it. I went out side to collect the car only to find that the drivers seat had a stain on it the size of a 50p piece, and one of the control buttons was cracked on the dash board, the car smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, therefore it is my opinion that it had not been checked or cleaned correctly before I received it. This was my first experience of buying a car off Peter Vardy and I'm afraid to say it will be my last.

Amazingly friendly yet relaxed service . We were assisted in finding a car much easier than we expected and found Chris' approach really relaxed and it suited us down to the ground! Will seriously be back hoping Chris is still there when we get a new car in future .

I am just waiting on getting reimbursed for the £20 fuel that should of gone in the car I paid for. Correspondence by Salesman Craig was excellent and he would keep me updated when the car would be delivered to myself in Inverness due to Covid. I would highly recommend buying a car from Peter Vardy as the after sales is very good

We were meant to pik our car up at 12 noon but it wasn’t ready so we had to wait 2 hrs until it was ready then it had warning lights in dash so we took it bak and Sharon Crawford arranged for the car to be seen and fixed and she gave us a courtesy car the car was then ready the next day...... we only had our new car for an hour before the faults appeared so we weren’t best pleased but Sharon put us at ease and sorted it all out for us ..... big thanks to Sharon Crawford

The day we bought the car was 'party day' and Mark Dyer was keen to emphasise how much they want to make buying a car a pleasurable experience - After my experience I'd suggest he concentrate on being competent! He ordered the wrong car and didn't have the decency to admit it before we arrived to pick it up. He avoided us while we waited. Grey car ordered but a very light silver car supplied. Two small bumps on passenger side. Attended showroom on 22 May and paid deposit. Mark to phone with update on Monday 24th - no call. Manager called on 24th to tell me about a car I'd originally been interested in and didn't know I'd already been and bought a different car. Mark phone on 26th to say he'd be going to get the car on 27th and I'd be able to pick it up Fri - Sat. I arranged insurance. Mark then phoned 28th to say there'd be a delay as the V5 document was not available - odd? Later on I got a call from the handover team on 28h to say my car was ready and I could pick it up on Sat. She then, based on my response, checked with Mark and confirmed the V5 story. Pick up arranged for 4pm on 31 May. Waited for approx 45 minutes. Initially brought incorrect documents. I asked to see the car before paying for it - glad I did as it was not the car I expected. Correct registration but wrong car. We had been looking at a silver one but he then found a grey one and confirmed that it looked better than the silver so, we had chosen the grey. Paperwork prepared by Mark states 'grey' and V5 states 'silver'. I declined to take the car as this has been the worst customer service I've experience in quite some time. Did he seriously think I wouldn't notice or would smile politely and take what I was being fobbed off with. Why did he not tell me when he phoned on 28th. No wonder he avoided us! 9 days on and starting my search for a car again - very poor service.

Not great as your team wouldn’t sell me the car at the price I was originally quoted. Because I got my own finance agreement and a better deal things took a bit of a turn and became very difficult. Very disappointing as I have been a repeat customer in the past. Asking why I wasn’t told if I was to get my own finance the price would be different and the admin fee would jump to £500 and to be told “ cause you didn’t ask,its not my job to tell you” I don’t think is very professional and a bit embarrassing coming from management. Just disappointing all round from you guys.

I was very happy with the service I received. The showroom had a relaxed friendly atmosphere and Chris Mitchell was very helpful and professional. My son particularly enjoyed the free chocolate from the ice-cream van.

Went with my Mother for her to buy my first car as just passed my test. Ryan was so helpful and we were not under any pressure to buy but we did buy my first car with him cant fault your service and we will definitely use Ryan in future.

The service we received from Alan Lamont was first class. He explained all our options very well and was extremely pleasant. We got lits of calls from the garage informing us of the progress of the car as it was being made ready for the collection. Really great service and we would highly recommend it to people looking for a car. Maureen Sim
