“From when I arrived at the store until I left the customer service was excellent free coffee, car salesman Brian very attentive and knowledgeable also senior salesman assisted with credit details etc.”

“CarStore sales team were very attentive and helpful without being intrusive. The person I mainly dealt with, Michael Mcquire, was friendly and shared his knowledge of what is on sale. He was keen to find me a car for my needs, which he did. He offered me other products without souring the deal as is the case in some other car dealerships.”

“The young salesman (Michael Mc Guire) could not be more helpful, in fact I would say he went beyond the call of duty. I was so impressed I wish I was buying another car just to get such service, as for my purchase I could not be more pleased.”

“Very professional service by all the staff. The only thing that could have been better were the plastics on the car skirts, it had been washed but were still marked when the car was unveiled. My two year old son was cracking up at the time we were in so we wanted out quickly. All in all a good service 👍”

“They eventually did! Started off very badly, we were treated very poorly. However when Darren Cuthbertson stepped in it all changed. He assigned Gavin Loftus to help us whom I cannot praise enough. However there are other members of staff who deserve no praise whatsoever and are a disgrace. But following the replacement of our faulty vehicle, we are now very happy with the current one.”
