From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Kim Dorrens who was looking after us took great care making sure he met all our needs and help us secure a fantastic car. Would highly recommend the carstore for anyone looking to buy a car.

My sales person Roger Scullion was very helpful although I did leave several messages for him which were my never passed on. This should be looked at in my opinion.

This is the 2nd car we have bought carstore so we were aware of how it all works. I first enquired about this particular car a few weeks ago requesting a walk round video all i received was a video of a salesman who gave me the impression all he wanted was to get me in the showroom. I enquired again after a couple of weeks this time getting a helpful salesman called John who did send me a very useful video and a deal was reached . I arranged to visit the showroom to sign the paperwork i live about 40 miles away . When we arrived at the showroom we waited approximately 45 minutes before it was discovered John wasn't in and I was eventually helped by a lady from the handover team . The car was still in the showroom without a sold sign on it and the finance company had been changed from the one originally agreed. I wasn't offered a test drive but did complete the deal on the car . When i arrived to collect the car there was another wait and a very slow handover processes. The car had a soft tyre and there wasn't a handbook with the vehicle . The tyre was inflated and John has promised to send me a handbook but having had the car almost a week still no handbook. I am enjoying my new car but feel the whole experience was not acceptable and has took away the feel good factor of owning a new car . I would like to take this opportunity to emphasize how helpful John has been in helping to solve any small issues I may have had in buying this car even ringing me on his day off to make sure everything was going to plan.

Came last month to look for a new car. Best experience i have had buying a car yet. We were sold our car by barry burns, whowas not only extremley helpful but made us feel at ease with no sales pitch involved. Were made to feel comfortable and at ease. Easiest car purchase yet! All staff were extremley friendly and polite.

The initial car salesman was knowledgable and friendly he explained all aspects of the sale fully. When I collected my car there were a few marks that had not been treated. I was assured of a call back to bring my car in and rectify this problem. Unfortunately this did not happen I also had to put screen wash in my car the day after I purchased it a small detail however it would concern me that a full service was not completed on my car. The initial salesman has offered to collect my car and return it to allow the repair to be completed at my convince.

My visit to the Carstore was my first visit and I was impressed by the service upon entering . The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and when I entered the showroom I was equally impressed. I was given a tour of the showroom by the salesman , Jamie , before being shown a number of vehicles that fitted my criteria. I was able to test drive the car that I purchased and felt that the car was what I was looking for. After a few initial problems, caused by my documents not the Carstore , the sale went through. Up until this point I was still happy with the service . On a future visit to discuss when I could pick up my new car which I had paid £2300 cash deposit for , I was disappointed to see it on the forecourt covered in sales stickers and without a sold sticker . When I collected my car the residue of the stickers was still on my car and after two subsequent washes still has traces. Since collecting my car I have had to return it as the brakes were clicking and the door strap was making a loud creaking noise .I am disappointed in this as I was ensured that the cars were all fully checked before being handed over. I feel this has changed my experience of the Carstore as an excited customer picking up a new car it did change how I felt.

Having spent the day going round various main dealer show rooms i found the experience at Peter Vardy much better. I enjoyed the fact that we were told to have a look around without any pressure and that if we found something then one of the salesmen would be happy to give us more details. Much beeter than having someone breathing down your neck to buy.

Loved the fact I was able to look around and not feel harassed. Lisa was around when I needed her but it was good to have freedom to look around in my own time.

Walked out with the car I wanted, however, has been problematic since. Craig Dick, the salesman, has done his best to rectify the aftervarse services.

Friendly, efficient service. Helpful staff and I was very grateful that my trade-in price was honoured even though my car developed a fault before going in. My sales representative - Alan McMillan- was very helpful and understanding and took good care of me , explaining everything clearly in a friendly manner.

Hi I was very happy with the initial sales service , Rodger was very helpful so therefore he gets 5 stars , unfortunately his aftersales team let him down with numerous mistakes , thankfully Rodger rectified these for me and I have since recommended peter vardy to a friend.
