Had a problem with finance to start with but the salesman graham milne was a great help and i drove away a few days later with my lovely bmw. great people and down too earth

A smooth negotiation and well prepared car. Friendly staff. Constructive criticisms: Forget the whole ID lanyard nonsense. I was obliged to make a specific appointment to collect the car at one of few remaining slots. Having travelled 2 hours, I arrived early but was made to wait until (actually beyond) my allotted time despite numerous staff members literally hanging around talking to each-other. This appointment appeared to be for the benefit of a "grand unveiling and wave off" - again, forget the razzamatazz nonsense and concentrate on customer service. Lastly, the car was supposedly serviced prior to my collection but the service was not registered on the car's on-board computer and the car doesn't come with a service manual for stamping. Therefore I had no evidence of the service having taken place. The salesperson followed up and has invited me to bring the car in and have the service recognised, but living on the other side of Scotland makes such unlikely.

I went to look for a first car for my son and the service I received this time was second to none, Kelly was absolutely fantastic she looked for the best deal that would suit my son the staff were all great including Graham and Jamie.

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE, travelled 180mile to collect our new car only to be left sitting for 1 1/2 hours and to then find the car with damage to the bodywork wheel and grill. We had no choice but to leave with the car with the agreement that Peter Vardy would pay for repairs at our home town. On travelling home the service warning light came on. It took us weeks to get things sorted with numerous telephone calls and emails going unanswered and with threats to return the car. The arrogance of the staff at this store is unbelievable. We still have scatches in various locations but its just not worth the hassle to get this sorted. I should have looked at the reviews of this dealership before I decided to considrr a vehicle from them.

We cannot write a review if we still haven’t got the car of which had been fully paid, when I finally got the car it was much better but still a few more quality checks could be done before handover.

The sales man Darren who dealt with me and sold the car to me, I have nothing but prise for him. Very professional and efficient. Listen to all my needs and requirements and met them. 5 stars for him without a doubt! There has been a fault with the car. The power steering failed when reversing. I didn’t have Darren’s number as it was at home or I would of phoned him. However phoned and got some help from Barry, who seemed concerned and helpful. He logged the fault with Vauxhall and gave me the number to phone and arrange details for breakdown cover. I phoned ask advice after breakdown cover arrived. As the car couldn’t be fixed at the roadside. The girl Elaine was very Unhelpful. I had ask for Barry to return my call and am still waiting. I would like the feedback for the after team logged as the aftercare team left me feeling very disappointed. I would like to stress that this is not a reflection on Darren service as it was faultless and is a credit to your team.

The after sales team were truly awful to try and coordinate even basic repairs. I wrong down and provided pictures of the work to be carried out. After 3 days went to pick the car up and none of the work had been completed (apart from a replaced door seal). There was no inspection mechanism to ensure the work was carried out and no confirmation review provided to let me know the outcome of work. I have had to follow up with Citroen due to a lack of clarity regarding an issue I have raised. I would however like to call out that Brian McWilliams my sales advisor was great and tho only person I dealt with who was profession, prepared and supportive. I was very impressed with his person service but as a company I have not been satisfied with the end to end process. In addition I would like to point out that although a second hand car is not a new car, i still spent £10500 which is a high outlay and not something I am prepared to accept incompetent after sales service. At one stage I was informed that the after sales team knew nothing about certain work to be carried out even though I had a confirmation voice mail to the contrary.

This was my 3rd car with Peter Vardy and it's mainly due to the great range of cars available. The showroom is very well laid out and easy to navigate. One of the biggest draws is the customer service provided. Both this car and my previous, I dealt with Jodie Boyle who is fantastic. I don't know the ins and outs of cars and she took the time to listen to what I wanted and explain the differences. I couldn't find anything i liked on display and she was more than happy to sit with me and go through the online pages until we found the right car for me. She kept in contact through out the process too which was great. There was no push for a sale which I appreciated as I originally only went in for a browse. She explained all the optional extras in great detail too and the benefits of taking them if I wanted.

Great service from Darren, absolute pleasure to deal with and also Alex who done the hand over. My Son is delighted with his car! Will be back when it's my turn! No pushy sales pitch which I hate and very relaxed atmosphere , can't fault them..happy customer.

From the minute you walk in the door your made very welcome but with no pressure. The service I got was tremendous from Christopher haddow to Graham my sales. It was the best buying experience I've ever had at any garage
