Staff were very welcoming & friendly on arrival at showroom, sales person kept me up to date with progress & managed to bring original quote down in price

The car sections were well presented and it was good to have an area to keep the kids amused. The staff were helpful and the purchase went without a hitch.

I was very impressed with the whole experience. From the minute we entered the store my husband and I were made to feel like people, not bombarded by salesmen trying to sell us something we couldn't really afford or even want. From the friendliness of the staff and the whole atmosphere was all very relaxed and we didn't feel pressured at all. Michael...our assigned salesman, was fantastic. He answered our questions and advised but without being pushy and made us feel very relaxed. I'd definately come back.

My salesman, Michael McGuire, stayed past the 8PM closing time to help me find an alternative vehicle as my first vehicle wasn't available. After we sorted the paperwork I was given a lift home from the carstore which I felt was excellent customer service.

We felt comfortable with Robbie our sales advisor who was very personable and told us what we needed to know in relation to us purchasing our car. There were a few issues with the handover but Robbie was very professional in the way he sorted the matter out. He was very mannerly and attentive. 10/10 to him.

PLEASE NOTE I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO GIVE 5 STARS BY CRAIG GEMMELL. CRAIG WAS GREAT, CAN'T FAULT HIM. THIS CONTRADICTS MY REVIEW STATEMENT BELOW. He was told if I did not give the 5 star rating it would go directly against him I did not want to do that to him as mentioned he was great, he was told this by his manager(that still has not called me, todays date - 31.07.2017, date of incident 27.06.2017. Car collected 13.07.2017). Craig was only at fault when arranging an appointment with me and did not follow through, not his fault entirely he was with another customer, more the fault of all other advisors clearly available at that time. We made our original appointment to come in (a Friday night) and see Craig Gemmel. He was busy with another customer. We were served by Craig Dick who could not have shown any less interest in us at all. Craig Gemmil eventually came to see us as we were about to walk out. He was great, full of info and patient. I arranged to come back in after work, came in early (to suit Craig) with my Brother in law to check the car I was left for an hour and a half in the waiting area. Was told there were no advisors available after I was told that there were literally 5 advisors standing chatting at the desk. So I got up and left. I expected a phone call at least, nothing. I had to contact Craig the next day(it was his day off), someone should have taken responsibility for the terrible service I received the night before. It seems as soon as I put a deposit on the car I was forgotten about. Communication at all stages was awful, didn't know when I was collecting the car and I was told a manager would call regarding the bad service nobody called. I called to speak to a manager, someone passed me onto a manager and they hung up on me before I got to speak, they had my name and phone number to call back. SHAMBLES!!! Your motivation is customer satisfaction not selling cars???? What a joke. I can't believe businesses are allowed to treat people like this. Only reason I didn't leave the car is because I knew the quality of the car, although over priced. I have advised everyone I know not to use Peter Vardy and I live locally, so if anyone I know is even considering using them I will make my opinion heard. I don't like to be treated in the way I was, it is unacceptable. Since I have purchased the car it has been in twice for a simple but essential repair to my windscreen washers. I was told all cars go through MOT and an additional 114 point check. I don't believe this is the case, if they do they would pick up on the fact that the windscreen washers were not working. This is an MOT failure. Without these it is a danger driving up and down the motorway daily. Not sure if the power outlets are a check but these were also not working, I mentioned this on collection. They had it booked in and fixed, it was a blown fuse. After sales is non existent in my experience.

As soon as I entered Peter Vardy I had a very warm welcome from all members of staff. I was then dealing with a man called Craig and he was very helpful and got me the car I wanted at a great price! Highly recommended

The car is mine not Robert Stewart's. I paid the deposit and traded in a car too and I'll be paying the finance. I now have to pay money to hav the tax put over to my name and I had to contact the insurance company when I found out as I found out my car was not registered in my name. We were supposed to have a parcel shelf 'sent out' to us this hasn't happened. The person that recommended peter vardy received nothing, we spun the wheel to win something and received nothing, so far. I've called 3 times to report 2 faults with the car starting over 3 weeks ago and I've been ignored. I've been receiving constant emails to get me to come and spend more money at this store. But from the experience so far this will never be happening. My name is not Robert Stewart.

All went well until I was picking up my car, I travelled all the way from Weston Super Mare and did the paperwork sign off which was all done efficiently, on the handover I was told that one of the keys was missing and that I would be contacted at the end of the week to have the AA come and give me a new key and programme it, I then examined the car and found that the windscreen had three very obvious chips in it, the girl handing over the car went to speak to her manager and I was told to get them fixed and send in an invoice as long as it was not more than £60 ! on closer inspection of the car on my return to Weston Super Mare I noticed a large discolouration near the door pillar and roof interior which looks awful and I will need to get that valeted to see if it can be removed ( looks like oily hands have been on it.) the front tyres will need replaced in about 4 weeks by the minimum tread left on them, had I not travelled all the way from Weston Super Mare I would just have refused the car in its current condition, for a 2015 car at £11500 I am most disappointed.
