“The sales representative that dealt with us, Brian McWilliams, was excellent - he spent ages with us and we test drove several cars, so 5 stars to him. However when we collected the car it hadn't been valeted (still had road dirt from when we test drove it, scratches that should have been polished out and muddy marks in the boot) which makes a farce of the check list that's left inside the car with all boxes ticked! The service book was missing from the glove-box but was posted straight out when I phoned to query it, so I think that was a genuine mistake. We paid a deposit to hold the car for 48 hours whilst we made a decision and were given a print out of the details - it had the incorrect date of first registration so what we thought was going to be free road tax was actually £140 - to be fair Brian had said it was £140 but when we got home and saw the registration date was pre April 2017 we assumed that information was correct - another lack of attention to detail.”

“Attractive store, welcoming staff. Good selection of cars at a fair price. That store does not provide after sales service is a disadvantage. Car was not ready in time and I had to spend an extra day in Glasgow but we were given the Safeguard treatment in compensation.”

“Roger was good himself, but the car itself has had a few problems, started with the headlight, then they replaced it and now the interior lights are no longer working. Music has a crackly noise when playing and then the drivers door has a hollow kind of noise. Hopefully this will all be resolved.”

“The salesman Chris Doak was excellent if I could give him a 10 I would🌟 Chris was excellent from the minute I walked into the car store till I left with my new Nissan Juke. He even came over to my place of work to get my driving license so that he could get my finance sorted so I could get my car the next day. I was very impressed with that. This was S the second time I have used Peter Vardy to purchase a car and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I will certainly be recommending to friends and family . Once again may I say that Chris Doak was excellent. Thank you Shelagh Miller”
