“Previously bought cars at Arnold clark and had really bad experience with them, but would definitely recommend going to Peter Vardy. Very relax atmosphere and got all the information I needed. I love my new car! My sales advisor Jodie was great, and kept in contact me throughout the process, thanks again. I’ll definitley be back.”

“The process once you step through the doors is very well designed and organised which impressed me. I was looking to purchase a Nissan Juke and whilst there weren’t any at the Hillington office, our sales person Connor, was very helpful and managed to source one for us from Aberdeen which was great. We were initially told they would have to bring it down on the Tues to allow us to view it before purchasing the vehicle however I didn’t receive a call until the Thurs which was unfortunate. I went into view the car and was really pleased, took it for a tests drive too which was great. I signed the paperwork required as I was informed it takes a couple of days for the finance to be set up. I received a courtesy call on the Wed and was informed once the car was ready we could arranged pick up. I then received another call on the Friday asking if I could pop in that evening to sign papers. I advised the girl I had already which she replied she hadn’t seen that and as it takes 24hrs fo the finance to go through, I could pick up the car on the Saturday afternoon. On picking up the car the whole process was very quick and smooth and I was very pleased with that. All in all, Connor who was my salesperson was excellent and very knowledgable however, I feel the whole process could have easily been more smoother as it was 2 weeks later before I actually picked up the car which I am delighted with.”

“We were impressed initially by the service provided by Connor, he listened to what we were looking for , took his time with ensuring we found the car that met our needs and didn't rush our decision. It made it easy to buy our car from Connor as that was the service we were hoping for and expected. This is the 3rd car we have bought from PV, we came back a 3rd time as we were so impressed with the level of Customer care and service that we didn't want to go anywhere else. However despite the initial excellent customer service from Connor, his colleagues let him down when it came to actually collecting the car. The communication was disappointing when it came to us transferring the whole balance for our car, we didn't get a courtesy call to say the money had been received despite promising one before our collection appointment. We booked to pick up our car at 7pm however we were left waiting for over 20 mins before someone finally came over. There was no rapport, customer care or even remote interest in the fact we had part exchanged both our cars and paid £14000 directly for our new car. There was no sense of feeling like our custom was welcomed or even thanked. It was the most disappointing car buying experience we have had to date and unfortunately it led us to think twice about where to buy our next car. It's a shame as we felt that the hard work and effort that Connor put in to confirm the sale, it was let down to when the time came to actually collecting our car. The customer service should be consistent and not a case of we have your money so we will rush the process so you're out the door as quickly as possible. Customers should feel a sense of value no matter what point they come to the car store and perhaps people wouldn't leave feeling unappreciated and undervalued.”

“waited all most a week for the nissan xtrail. As got told still had to get full valet and polished. Got a call to pick car up got all the way home to realise car was still dirty also had a chip on windscreen and scratches all over, also had rust on roof, no service book with car which issues a problem if ever doing resale. Phoned up complained got date to take car in an get everything fixed about a week later from putting car in got call to pick up, when arrived at peter vardy for my car realsied that only one side of car was done and chip on windscreen was fixed car was still dirty inside scrathes still remained even tho got told full car had been sprayed and valeted also splashes of a darker colour grey had been splashed on car, so now its a waiting game again to see how long it takes use this time to fix. Also curtesy car was a discrace was completely coverd in dirt and bird droppings car inside was discusting not even been cleaned. really no impressed with this with this company will not be shopping here again”

“Entertainment for kids was very good. However upon purchasing the vehicle i found the drivers floor mat was missing as the other 3 were present. I asked for this to be rectified prior to picking the vehicle up. On delivery day the mat had not been replaced. The paintwork was covered in tar spots and rough to touch. The sales representative promised me he would be in contact with 24hrs over the mat....still nothing 5 days later. Ashame as the last car we bought from here was delivered in excellent time and standard.”

“My experience was fun and exciting . Chris boak was Very helpful and made me feel at ease and relaxed the full time. I would recommend anyone to go to the Carstore . Free coffee and ice cream was brilliant. Thanks again. I left with my dream car.”

“Made to feel at ease while searching for a new car. Informed of what areas to look in for cars similar to what I was looking for. Staff were very friendly and helpful, giving information about the cars I was looking at and leaving me to wander the cars without coming over and feeling like I was being pushed towards a particular car.”
