“Jodie Boyle was absolutely fantastic in her role, a total gem 5 out of 5 stars, helping us choose the right cars and the right finance deals for us. She kept us informed all the way through the process and beyond. The actual length of time for getting the cars was long, over two weeks in total. But the quality control was abysmal. Both cars had numerous faults on the day of collection including a car that stank like an ashtray, seriously whoever moved that into the showroom must have smelt it. Quality control truly let you down. Poor Zoe Clay on our collection day had to deal with two very disgruntled customers, after having to wait 5 hours beyond our initial collection time and having to wait for one of the cars to be taxed. If it wasn't for her professionalism, mediating skills and honesty I think we would have walked away from the deals. 5 out of 5 stars for Zoe. And then poor George Ewart who has had to pick up the pieces of the abysmal quality control. He has been very professional, very honest and very diligent. The cars have been booked in to have all the remedial work carried out due to his quick response and professionalism. Again for George Ewart 5 out of 5 stars. We loved our last experience with Peter Hardy 3 years ago but did not enjoy it on the whole this time round. Your quality control has been abysmal. We never saw the cars until we collected them as they were off site and I know they are second hand cars but surely when they were being prepared to be handed over someone must've questioned themselves as to the condition”

“Jodie Boyle 5 out of 5! Zoe (admin 5 out of 5! George Ewart 5 out of 5! The service inbetween was disappointing. Car not ready. Quality Control not adhered to. Car not taxed. However, the above 3 members of staff sorted the problems created by less efficient staff - it would appear our cars were rushed out the door after waiting 5 hours. Recommendation only due to the above staff members...they've ensured we will be repeat customers again.”

“The sales guy George was great however fetching the car i Was advised to come at 11-00 on Tuesday, although I emailed on monday to confirm the car was not ready they were not aware that I was collecting at all. Instead of telling me this they left me waiting well over an hour eventually after an hour and a half of me complaining I eventually had someone come help me. Left close to two hours after appointment. Was very disappointing as the sales team were great. Would have rather been told it was not ready and would have came back another day.”

“Flashing lights and dreadful blaring music nearly had us out of there while the salesperson was away. Awful environment . Also car wasn’t going to be ready as assured , had to email peter vardy to make it happen”

“Very knowledgable and friendly sales team. Michael Payne dealt with me for over 2 hours on the day. Helped find the right vehicle for me at an affordable price and was able to answer all questions throughout. Car was ready to collect in two days in perfect condition. Would definitely recommended buying here and will myself again.”

“Was made to feel very welcome from the minute I entered the CarStore. Whole team were fab. The sales person that I dealt with, Kelly Bates, was fantastic. She knew her stuff but wasnt in the slightest bit pushy and made the whole process of buying a car painless. It was a really refreshing change from car dealerships I've visited in the past. Would recommend to anyone.”

“All the sales staff are great and very helpful. Car is in great condition and all repairs promised had been carried out before pick up. It wasn't a 7 day turn around as advised which was dissapointing but I do love the car and the staff I dealt with where great”

“I'd been looking for a vehicle for over a week when I saw what I thought was a suitable one on Auto Trader. I visited the Peter Vardy CarStore in Hillington but unfortunately I was too late as the car had been sold. Brian McWilliams found another similar vehicle for me, the same model and spec which in retrospect potentially saved me time looking for another vehicle. I collected the car and I'm very pleased with its good condition and overall quality. The staff are open, easy to get on with and keen. They met my admittedly high customer expectations.”
