Salesman was very knowledgable about the car and made the customer at ease with decision making. Pricing was competitive and some added extras were included in the sale. Car was extensively valeted and came mostly as advertised. Only complaint was that my car was not advertised as having winter tires on it, and there was a little hassle getting them to change to normal all season tires. All in all I would definitely shop at Peter Vardy again and would thoroughly recommend Daniel Stephen as a salesman.

Lisa was extremely helpful and friendly. She made it easy to get the car we wanted and answered all of the questions we had. She was great!

The guy Chris was good and helped me as much as he could. It took 3 days to find out if the car I picked had reverse sensors, I ended up calling Vauxhall’s and found out in 30 seconds. The car was in Perth so I never seen the car, I wasn’t called to say it had came down and that I could come see it or test drive it. The first time I seen it was on the drive out part of the showroom. I found out it had no passenger shelf, drivers window was scratched, scratch in paint work at the front and no sensors fitted. I told Chris that my insurance ran out on Monday he said that was fine, I was then handed onto someone in handover told them the same and she said that was fine and it then got passed to a third person who know nothing about this and I nearly never had my car in time before my old insurance ran ou. I have had to contact Peter Vardy myself a lot as no one ever calls me back. I am still waiting to know when I have to bring my car in for repair and sensors fitted. Thanks

The service I received from Michael McGuire was second to none. I didn’t feel pressured into making any decisions and he really listened when I explained what I was looking for in a car. Can’t thank Michael enough for how easy he made my customer journey with Peter Vardy, he’s a top guy!

The service from Connor was excellent, no pressure selling but friendly and helpful. The sale was not straight forward (due to waiting for an insurance payout) but the staff were excellent, patient and understanding. (Connor and Jamie). At the end of the day I got a car and a deal that I am delighted with and can’t fault the sales team. It hasn’t always been the case when I’ve purchased in the past (with Arnold Clarke). Predominantly male sales teams have been pushy, rude and condescending whereby they direct their attention to my husband! Indeed on one purchase when I agreed the sale the salesman said ‘good girl’ after I’d made my decision! Interesting since I have a decent wage and money to spend and they’ve shot themselves in the foot for future sales! Peter Vardy did not have such an attitude and Connor conducted himself in an excellent professional but approachable manner at all times. For that I would not hesitate to return to Peter Vardy in the future over other dealerships. (Moreover with the family/child friendly atmosphere I could look, purchase and do business whilst my children were occupied, a huge hit to avoid stressed out parents!).

When I first entered peter vardy I was paired up with John Black, he assisted me from start to finish, he contacted me consistently giving me updates which I appreciated as I hadn’t went through this process for numerous years (8 to be precise) so I was hesitant as I’m wary about change. John made me feel at ease and went over and beyond with his assistance, he made me feel comfortable, even when I was asking the daftest questions, we were laughing and joking and he made the whole thing easy and pleasurable! I would certainly recommend him and peter vardy for this reason! Keep up the good work John! Thank you!!

Carstore made me happy because they were the oy garage who would take me on with my issues, whereas other garages turned me away. My car was ready for the carpark in the sky and i seen a suitable replacement on their website. I was in and out within 90 minutes, a happy customer.!!

From start to finish the process was made easy with no messing around, it was Jodie who was dealing with myself and she was superb constantly keeping me upto date with what was going on and making the trading in of my old car hassle free. Cant speak highly enough of her

My initial experience was good - salesman was very helpful but not pushy in any way however post sale service has been appalling. When I went to insure the car prior to picking it up, I entered the registration on the picture I took and it came up as a completely different car! Turns out the registration on the car in the showroom was SG16 but actual registration was SG15. I called the next day and tried to speak to salesman - no reply so then spoke to handover team who explained it was an 'admin' error which I find hard to believe - surely there must be checks in place when dealing with number plates?? I then spoke to a manager who whilst very apologetic told me the same thing. I then said I wasn't sure whether I wanted to go ahead with the purchase. he then said as an apology he would pay the 1st months payment. I agreed to this with the assurance all would be sorted and a full checklist would be done when I came to pick the car up 2 days later. I then went to pick the car up on the Wednesday evening and was dealt with by Laura who was extremely pleasant and helpful however after completing the paperwork, we walked over to the car to find the wrong registration still on the car!! I was as you can imagine less than happy after firstly picking up the error and secondly after assurances it still not being sorted. I was advised I could not take the car that night to which I replied - if I don't drive out here tonight with it I will not be buying it, after all my insurance and everything had been changed over. I was given Trade Plates to allow me to drive home and someone came out to my workplace the next day to fit the correct plates. Not surprisingly I have yet to hear from the salesman or indeed anyone else from Peter Vardy since picking my car up! I was also told that I should receive a meal for 2 as part of a deal on the VIP weekend if you test drove a car - as of now this has still not been received. I don't believe its an admin error at all - I think you are deliberately putting incorrect number plates on cars to lead people into thinking they are buying a car newer than it actually is. I have also contacted Trading Standards regarding this and they are looking into it as well. I will never purchase another car from Peter Vardy!
