“Extremely positive experience, friendly staff! Relaxing environment, no pressure to buy but I was given all the information to allow me to make my choice. Ryan guided me through the process of buying my first car he put me at ease. The main difference between this car dealer and others is the ability to offer a friendly unrivalled costumer service experience.”

“The salesman was great, however there was a lot of waiting about (even after the price display issue was resolved). We were paying cash and made it clear we had just sold a car and had the cash ready to go but the sales manager choose to offer us a 'deal' on a finance agreement which just seemed weird as we were cash buyers. I was hoping for a deal on the price or some extras (mats ? dashcam ?) but got nothing and the price didnt budge an inch. Nice environment and nice salesman though.”

“An employee called Michael took me from start to finish, showing me the car and all it’s features, to then letting me test drive and work out the prices all while socially distanced. Everything was handled very professionally and he was very welcoming through the whole thing. Only thing I noticed was the car didn’t seem to come with car mats which was surprising but I can’t fault any part of peter vardys customer service.”

“Was missold my car. Finance agreement was a personal loan which wasn't disclosed to me. Was told I had the option to voluntarily terminate after 30 months which is not true. Very very dissatisfied with being lied to. Especially to my face.”

“This isn't the 1st time I've purchased a car from here and the service is amazing. Nothing is an issue, everybody wants to help. Cant thank Connor Barr enough for everything he done for us, his service cant be faulted he really does go above and beyond.”

“Purchased my car in October 2019. I have had several courtesy cars because peter vardy failed to make sure the car was fixed before I left the showroom with my new car back in October. There was some sticky substance on my drivers seat, dent on the passengers door, dent at the back of the car, back window seal coming off, no parcel shelf, not cleaned inside or out for delivery. Once I got the car and started driving my wing mirror started clicking and not moving out when I opened or closed the car. My mats werent inside the car nor was my £40 diesel I was promised by Matthew who no longer works there. I sympathized with them as it was the end of the month for sales purposes as I was promised all will be done when it comes in for repair. I then have to call and email several times before I actually speak to someone. Customer service is absolutely shocking, I've tried to make several complaints and it just goes back to the sales manager George which isnt any good for me. Its George who I am complaining about, there time, effort and whole demeanor is appalling and I regret ever moving from Arnold Clark to peter vardy. Stay away if you can. ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ I have now been called by the general store manager Alistar Page via mobile once I submitted my review 2 days ago. Alistair took everything I had said in and has promised all will be rectified including a courtesy car to my door instead of me driving to the garage. I have faith in Alistair who is working from home and took 20 minutes with me going over the whole situation from start to finish. I now have Alistair mobile to contact in the future so that all gets dealt with there and then. I am feeling much more at ease since weve spoken and I understand due to the pandemic circumstances it will be longer than I would like. However I like the truth and being kept upto date which he promises to do. Thanks for your time today Alistair! :)”

“Sales advisor was very helpful in choosing a car, background checking the service history of the first one looked at. Was also able to expedite the readiness of the chosen car for same day collection. Only snag was funds not clearing in time, something outwith the staffs control. So as a tip if you are cash buying, phone and double check funds have arrived before going to collect. However even this was dealt with promptly so I'd happily recommend Peter Vardy.”

“Well for a start Alan Robinson never pushed us into a certain bit or particularly car he just let us have a wee wander around the show room to see the cars and then he would come and ask if we had any questions and was really friendly in helping me choose my ideal car and even asked his manager if he could pick us up and bring us to the car showroom that evening to pick my car up so I am really grateful to Alan because if it wasn’t for him my mum would still be paying £500 a week to get my old car fixed”

“Brian could not have made buying the car any more straight forward and easy if he tried! From walking in store, to test driving, to an approval within a hour of leaving, to the car delivered to my door one week later! I honestly can not rate you guys high enough! 6months I was on the car search, just wish I came to you guys sooner!! Thank you again!!”
