“They listened to my needs and got me a great deal on the car I wanted. They were super nice to me wee girl too and gave her ice cream and juice. All round really friendly and helpful staff, especially Lisa and Jodie who are exceptional at their work. 10/10”

“Although I didn't get the car deal I originally came in for I did end up with a good deal. The offer shown on the website and signs in the showroom was unavailable as none of these cars were left. This has affected my rating down from a 5. Lisa found me a car just in which met all my requirements and after a quick test drive it was an easy sale. When I purchased the car I was not given a print out if the prep standards but this has now been rectified and I have been sent them electronically - for this reason I am happy to change my answer to yes I have received them.”

“Was in contact with brian McWilliams at car store in hillington. Was fast and efficient and would go the extra mile to make sure I found the car that suited my needs for my family. Advised me quickly of additional information required for the finance and made sure it was sent asap to quickly make sure that the turn around time to collect car was couple of days due to the fact I had a few things going on with family that I needed transport . Collected new car and couldn't be any happier. Thanks again to peter vardy and brain for everything you done would advise friends and family and advise them to speak to brian for future cars Shaun mccue”

“Craig Dick is an absolute diamond of a salesman. Stress free easy sale and trade in with my old vehicle. Loved the car store experience and will go nowhere else from now on for another vehicle. The level of service is ten out of ten. Thank you for the coffee also which was lovely as well. The standard of your cars and the attention to detail is the best in my opinion. Hope to see Craig in the near future to get my next vehicle. Thank you car store !”

“I was refused credit from Arnold Clark and I called the car store who gave me an appointment and my salesman Nathan told me the best way to apply for the car I seen,his knowledge and friendly support gave me my confidence back and I was overjoyed when he called to say I was accepted for finance and I got the car we were wanting.I cannot praise all the staff me and my family met and my experience in the car store was fantastic, I have recommended the car store to friends ,family and work colleagues so more people can get the same belief I got. There is only one place I will be coming to when we need a newer car ,thanks to everyone especially Nathan for their help.”

“Craig Dick gets 5 stars Had car 2 days and engine management light came on. Rang PV and can’t book car into workshop till 18th July. Also opened arm rest on rear seat and covered in chocolate. Also there should be a cover underneath engine compartment which is missing and a slight oil leak from sump .”
