“I was met by Jamie Reid on arrival he made myself and my parents feel at ease from the word go, he made sure we were all looked after and that I got the best deal possible. When I returned to collect my car again it was a very smooth transition every staff member couldn't do enough for you. Just awaiting on my service book, user manual, and locking wheel nut for alloys didn't realise it wasn't in the car when I left the show room but called Jamie today and he couldn't be more helpful to make sure he gets these for me. I would highly recommend the carstore Hillington.”

“My experience from start to finish was dealt with so professionally. I went in for my first visit at the end of October and Gavin ( Loftus ) dealt with my enquiries daily until the day I drove away with my new car. After many set backs and issues occurring ( on my part ) Gavin remained so helpful and professional the whole time! I can't recommend him enough and I'll be sure to send all my friends and family his way when they are purchasing a car. The day I finally drove off in my new car Gavin made the day even more special by giving me chocolates, card and flowers with a card to congratulate me on my new car. He has contacted me since I drove away that day to see how things are going and if I'm happy with the car which I am!! I would just like to say Gavin is an absolute credit to Peter Vardy. I was probably his most difficult customer with all the set backs that's happened but he always remained positive and went above and beyond to make sure I got my new car. If I could give him 100 stars then I would .. he was just super!!@ Thanks Gavin, you were amazing and I'll sure be back to you in a few years time.”

“Excellent customer service, great deals and a wide range of cars to choose from. Spoiled for choice and the sales team help to get the right deal for you which was kelly who has been such a great help towards me which made me happy during the sale until I got the car and it really helped put my mind at rest. As of the first time round I bought a car at the carstore and it wasn’t the right deal for me which made me unhappy.”
