A thank to Chris Mitchell for his great and friendly service. I’m thankful to Chris for his patience as it was my first ever car purchase. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and explained finance options in full detail to ensure I knew what was best for me. I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the used car after the valet. Also, Chris took the time to get to know me, which again was appreciated.

Very happy with the service and car provided by Ryan and the team at Peter Vardy CarStore. First time dealing with them but would do so again in the future and recommend others to do like wise.

Chris was very helpful, but i was promised prestige car mats as advertised which 3 months later I still don't have, my car was in for some minor adjustments, waited over 2 weeks for a call back, received really bad communication between services department and aftersales department and when calling switchboard it takes upto 30 mins to get through each time as no one answers, worst experience buying a car ever would not recommend.

Lovely atmosphere, huge selection of cars. The salesman Robert Stirling was helpful but not pushy (this would put my husband and I off) let us take our time enjoyed our tea/coffee. Eileen Casey

We are very happy with the customer service we received from walking into the store to leaving with our lovely new car, Ryan was very helpful and listen carefully to all our needs, he was very friendly and had good knowledge of all the cars, thank you for making the whole experience easy and enjoyable

If I'd thought it would inconvenience anyone but myself, I'd have never of picked the car up. My worst customer service experience to date. Avoid at all costs. What you may save in money, you will lose in time. There are too many 'teams' that seem to work in silos. No joined up thinking or communication and very much a case of, if you don't know the answer just make something up. Nightmare of a place. Kudos to Sharon who finally sorted everything out for me.

So disappointed... Arrived on Wednesday all the way from Alloa to be told the deal wasn’t settled and had to go back the following day. We did collect the car on thursday but not without issues. We have only been given 1 key and promised they will get the other to us but I’m doubting that although I do need 2 keys. There are a few chips on the car also and I was promised by the saleswoman it would be scratch/chip free. When going to collect the car it hadn’t even been valeted resulting in us having to wait 1.5hours just to collect. I was promised the day before it would be ready at 11.30. Now all this along with what happened yesterday is an absolute disgrace, considering we are paying full price for the car & still had to pay £150 today for deposit. I’m so disappointed with the service received at Peter Vardy. There is clearly miscommunication somewhere.

Took 4 weeks to get my car and was billed from first day, when I got my car there was still things wrong which was I was told would be fixed so had to send it back, I was then agreed to an autoglym kit for inconvenience and still haven’t received, it also took 3 times to paint my alloys as first time they didn’t even take the wheels off and it was left with oily handles on doors and my whole car was dirty when handed back to me after another month of sitting in there garage, the whole showroom is a shambles and I would not recommend going here as I know people who have had the same issues.

Sales advisor Alan was very friendly and helpful and I would give him 5 stars. Unfortunately the after sales team where very poor and failed to communicate clearly with Sales to make the car buying process smoothly. I was called by several different people from after sales all telling me different things, regarding work being completed on my vehicle and different status updates for collection. Completing the E-Sign over four times for my finance on this vehicle was outrageous! In the end I personally contacted the finance company myself regarding releasing the payment to Peter Vardy and it was done within the hour! This service should have been provided by customer service or after sales at the Glasgow showroom. I had insured my new vehicle from the scheduled collection day yet I was called 20 mins before the scheduled pickup advising I couldn't collect that day due to the finance not being released surley this should all be checked prior to collection date? I am extremely disappointed in how the after sales managed the process of my purchase and everybody I spoke to, passed the blame. Nobody took ownership in after sales and I was advised the team in Glasgow where under staffed. I would recommend the car sales man Alan as he was very attentive from beginning to end but due to poor communication and customer service from the after sales at Carz Peter Vardy I would not recommend this particular showroom to anybody seeking to purchase a new vehicle. I felt I should have been offered something to compensate me for messing me around on the collection of the car and calling me 20 mins before I am due to collect to reschedule for the nxt day was completely unacceptable. I had my car insured from the 11th May and didn't actually collect it until 12th of May afternoon.

Very positive experience as a 1st time user of Peter Vardy. Nick Healy was on the ball and found me exactly what I was looking for with excellent communication throughout. The handover was seemless from Krista Soroka who made it an easy and pleasant transition. Full marks to them both!
