“A bit disappointed in the After sales care! Bought a car under 3 years old and there was a couple of scratches that I was promised would be covered by the time I received the car especially as I had paid for the Supaguard. 6 weeks later after numerous unreturned calls, promises of posting in the morning and emails I am still waiting”

“This garage is not worth any stars bought my daughters first Audi a1 from them on the day of pick up they had hosed the car down with water just before we arrived on arrival home noticed three large scrapes on bonnet and silver paint all over tyres returned the car and it took them one week to rectify and they still couldn’t do that they were a bunch of story tellers from the receptionist to the after sales manager I will never do business with those amateurs again absolutely disgrace to the trade”

“I recently purchased a used Mercedes Benz A Class Reg No YD64GXX at a cost of £12,465.00 which I paid in cash from my Royal Bank of Scotland account. I came to collect the car to be told there was a fault with the accelerator pedal.I returned the next day to find on my drive home the fault reoccured, I came into the store yesterday and complained again waited till it was fixed only to find the same warning fault today. I need someone to resolve this now before I take it further, 07836621968 Mr L Reilly”

“Brilliant service from start to finish and great aftercare too. Jamie, our salesman, was extremely friendly and professional. He knew our budget and the type of car we needed and made sure we were 100% happy with what we wanted to buy before putting anything into action. He got us a great deal within our budget with a very low deposit and sourced us a fantastic car (the one we wanted was sold so he found us the exact same one!) The car had a couple of age related scratches so Jamie and the team repainted the whole car so it'd look it's best for us collecting it at no extra cost to us. The entire atmosphere in the showroom was so relaxed and friendly - something we haven't experienced at other major dealerships. We made Jamie aware we had a bad experience buying our old car from another dealership and he made sure we had a great experience with Peter vardy. We would 100% recommend using Peter vardy, especially Glasgow carstore. The people who work there obviously are still salespeople, but there isn't a single inclination to be pushed into buying. They are entirely working to find you the best deal and make sure you are happy and satisfied with your new car. Jamie was brilliant and the effort he put into getting us into a good car was fantastic. We really appreciate all the help in finding a great family car.”

“Thank you to my sales advisor Sandy in the Hillington branch. The service was 2nd to none, 5 star review is well deserved based on his excellent customer service and friendly manner. He has most definitely set the bar high for the branch. Not only did he explain everything in depth to myself but on a 2nd occasion went through everything thoroughly with my Dad. It gave me lots of confidence and peace of mind as this was my first car.I would highly recommend Peter Vardy Car Store based on my experience with this excellent employee. I will certainly encourage family and friends to try Peter Vardy when looking to purchase a new vehicle. Many thanks to Sandy.”

“The sales service with Jamie couldn't be faulted. However when I went to collect my vehicle with 2 excited kids, we had to leave it as there was fame on the paintwork which had already been pointed out at the point of sale. The workshop repaired this ready for collection the next day, so I think the key here is COMMUNICATION.”
