Every thing was really straight forward no hassle and Neil the salesman was first class

Arranged to collect the car and twice as the previous finance had not been cleared up. When I came the second time that car had not had any of the agreed work done to it. Alloy wheels scuffed, badges missing and not properly valeted. I refused to take the car. The car was then delivered out to me a few days later and was still not to a standard I would have expected. Inside and under the bonnet not properly presented. Overspray still present from the small from bumper trim repair. The first day we took the car out the engine management light was on and the rear brakes had a little bit of grinding. I reported both and almost a week later still no call to sort something out. Stuart Fraser was very helpful in sales but aftersales has been terrible. I am not confident the car had been properly inspected or serviced and find it shocking that no one has contacted me to address the issues. I have now been contacted by Alistair Page who has apologised for the issues that I experienced. Alistair has assured me that everything will now be put right and explained the disappointment that I did not experience better customer care from the first point of collecting the car. Sometimes in customer care we don’t get it right every time but it’s how you react when things do go wrong and how you address those issues. I have to say that I am satisfied that my issues will now be resolved and we can look forward to enjoying the car.

Stuart Fraser, the Sales Exec, was very helpful. I picked up my car the day after purchase which was excellent. It was in pristine condition. Handover girl, Joy, was very helpful too

I bought a car 2 years ago from Peter Vardy and returned just recently for another purchase. Our salesman Lewis wasn't too pushy (which we like) and was very professional. The aftercare service for me is excellent.

Bought a car from the Hillington store a few weeks ago. Amazing customer service by Lewis he was very friendly and extremely helpful. Thanks so much will definitely return in the future:)

I have dealt with arnold clark, motorpoint and honda over the last 20 years, so decided to give peter vardy a go..I will never deal with them again. Too many people get involved with a sale. [1] salesman [who was ok] [2] his boss [3] his boss [4] pick up employee, whom i complained to about thing that were supposed to be fixed and were not [5] his boss. After returning the car for these items to be fixed for a 10.00 appointment i was seen at 10.30 and finally left after 12.00. I had taken out the 2 year warranty and after various phone calls i finally got the certificate for this 1 month later. Save some money and cut out some off the chiefs and let the man on the floor handle more!!! ps i forgot about the bloke who valued the car i was trading in.pps the original salesman was very good its a pity that your system does not allow him to follow thro with everything.

Staff were friendly and professional, they let me take my time and choose a car that I really wanted. They also took time to make sure my little one was entertained and looked after.

our sales man, Rodger (sorry if it's spelt wrong) was lovely. Kept us informed and helped us out a lot. Also one of the managers (sorry can't remember his name) but he was lovely too.

It was my first time buying a car and did,nt know what to expect,Chris my salesman helped me through the whole process and made me feel confident on my choice,I would recommend Peter Hardy stores ,excellent customer service .

All of the cars were indoors and the salesmen were not pushy in any way and gave you time to look at different cars without pressurising us. Other companies salesmen have a tendency to pounce on you as soon as you walk on the forecourt and at times are more concerned with how you are paying for the car rather than what type of car you are after - Arnold Clark is a good example of this where you end up walking away from the salesman. The whole process of looking at the car, test driving it and purchasing the car was made very straightforward and the unveiling of the car on the day we collected it was a nice touch. Your salesman Kim Dorrens was very helpful and appreciated what we were after and did not try to lead us towards a car which we were not interested in. The showroom was very clean and the cars well set out plus having them all unlocked was helpful as we sat in quite a few different models. The whole experience was stress-free and I would recommend anyone I know who is thinking of getting a car to at least visit your showroom at Hillington.

My initial experience of Peter Vardy and Michael our sales team member was very professional and efficient. Unfortunately a few hiccups occurred after but theses have been dealt with swiftly and the customer care I have received from Michale and his manager Alaister has reinforced my trust in the company. The issues have been dealt with and they have both gone above and beyond to ensure the work will be completed.

Very happy with service. Even my dog had a good time. Kelly was very helpful as were all the staff. We never felt at any stage under pressure to purchase a vehicle which made the whole experience a pleasure.

First of all we only got 1 key. Was told the second one would arrive within 2 to 5 working days. I still don't have the second key. Also to add insult the key I got looks like it's been glued into place. When the key was handed over the sales person even said it looked like it had been glued on. The folding flip shut mechanism also doesn't work. The car also doesn't start sometimes as the key gets stuck in the ignition and won't turn. Have explained this to after sales team and I am still waiting on someone to come out to the car to see it. Have been chasing them for over a week and keep going round in circles. Have been told its a different company who deal with keys and they will contact us to come and see the car and will bring the second key however I still don't know when they are coming. Also not convinced that the key is the problem. Very disappointed and angry and too scared to drive the car in case I can't start it and bring it back.

The whole process was made to feel very easy. All the staff were welcoming. We dealt with a staff member , Connor Barr, who guided us from just looking at cars on the day to buying our new family car. I would definitely recommend Peter vardy Hillington to anyone who was looking to buy there new car.
