“No one advised that the gap insurance was seperate to the initial purchase and then became an additional direct debit on top of finance. Lack of communication in the store.”

“The staff were all very welcoming and on hand to help you in anyway they could. Kelly was especially brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for her and she managed to find me the perfect car with affordable payments. There was no pressure to decided right there and then and it was a extremely stress free and enjoyable experience.”

“The car store experience itself was ok, very typical of what i expect from a large car show room and sales environment... except your free coffee is probably better than other car showrooms. What was particularly good was the excellent service from the salesman Michael who was fantastic throughout the whole car buying process, his manner was warm and friendly and he took the time to make sure I found the car that I wanted. Unlike other car showrooms at no point did i feel like i was being rushed or cajoled into buying something, I very much appreciated this. Picking up the car was also an easy and stress free experience and it had obviously been given a good well detailed cleaning and servicing.”

“I was extremely happy with the service I received when choosing and collecting my car. I was welcomed with smiling faces from reception to managers and pointed in the right direction immediately. Nicola was amazing at helping me choose the right car for me and put up with a lot as I can be quite fussy. The sales team worked wonders to make sure the car I wanted fitted in with my budget and h and over was also smooth. The car its self is in incredible condition and looked brand new! I couldn't fault the showroom in any way or the staff members with in it. Thanks so much for helping choose my first "proper" car and now I am looking forward to getting my second. see you next time!”
