“Couple of 9 hole rounds on a course with a lot of slope. High marks to the remote controlled caddie. Only toppled over once on a very steep side slope.”

“My little over two year old cart stopped working during a round, I found that one of the pins on the battery port had burnt. I contacted cart tek service to order a new port, Service rep Mark Mullen diagnosed the problem over the phone and told me that I needed an additional part that had caused the burnt pin. He noted that I was just out of warranty but gave me the parts at half price ( I thought more than fair) The parts arrived in two days with instructions on how to replace. Awesome customer service!”

“My beloved Cart Tek GRi 1500 LTD went for a deep swim in Florida on January 10. Calls to Tyler and Mark, a new battery and receiver, along with their helpful videos and patient explanations had it back up and running in two weeks. They were fantastic.”
