“I like my Carttek 975Li cart. I've used it for four nine-hole rounds. I'm getting the hang of it. This model does not have a remote control, not something I wanted. Only two issues: the tee holder is not very tight for the short tees I use. They shake out as I travel along. I put a small piece of black library binding tape over the holes and punched new holes, so there is a little more "grab" of the tees. Works for me. This model offers a ten-second run and then stops. I want to use this feature. My trouble is I must hold the button down and release it when the light flashes fast. This is fine if it is cloudy. But with my bright Colorado sunny days, it is impossible for me to see the rapid flash. Thus it is not in the ten-second and then stop mode. I am trying to learn how many seconds I must hold the button before releasing it. I haven't mastered that yet so I must always be ready if the cart does NOT stop after moving for ten seconds. A design improvement would be a sound or different color. This is made more challenging because I must cover the button with the flashing light, holding it down, so seeing the rapid flash around my fingertip on the button is quite a challenge.”

It sounds like you've figured out a great way to tackle the tee holder issue and I apologize that the challenge of seeing the flash of the light while pressing down the button on the cart has been difficult. “Second year w my 1500li V2. I play 4 to 5 times a week and love walking our course with my Cart Tek. I had issue w speed control and Cart Tek promptly sent me a replacement. My only issue is I wish the magnet the holds the hand held controller to the Cart or belt holder was stronger as it tends to fall off when jostled. I love my Cart Tek and highly recommend it”

I'm also very glad that Cart Tek was able to help you out with your speed control issue. “We purchased 2 GRI-1500 Li carts. My cart has had issues since the day of purchase. The tech support people are courteous, knowledgeable, and very patient. That being said I believe the issues I have had with my cart are surprising as I purchased the cart 2 1/2 years ago and I have replaced the battery extension cable and most recently the right motor. When the motor arrived there were no instructions on how to install it so we had to watch a You Tube video to get an idea of what to do. I believe the motor should have been replaced for free. Seven of my friends purchased MGI electric carts at the same time I purchased my Carttek and they have not had any issues at all. Additionally, the remote should have the capability of being charged through a USB port to charge it prior to use. Having to change the batteries in the remote while playing is not convenient.”

“Love this cart except when trying to maneuver over curbs. The cart want to fold up. The courses I play have numerous curbs to get over. This folding up of the cart becomes quite the problem.”

“I purchased the GRi-1500LTD V2 a couple years ago and it has been fantastic. Not the cheapest power cart out there, but I have yet to see another as well-built and nicely designed. There is virtually no plastic on this thing. The frame and hardware are super high quality and durable. The controller and motors work very well. Everything about this cart is elegant, functional and durable. Equally important is the stellar customer service......calls are always promptly answered by knowledgeable and helpful U.S.-based representatives who go out of their way to assist and keep you operational. It's also easy to get spare parts when needed. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.”

“The service staff is amazing! They helped go to quickly diagnose my problem, expedited the shipping of the part I needed and my cart is like brand new ( it’s well over ten years old) . I will never buy any other brand than Cart Tek.”

“I've always preferred to walk the course instead of riding, but that push cart sure does get heavy after about 14 holes, especially on the hilly golf courses I play in Colorado. My new Cart Tek has completely changed the game, making it so much more enjoyable to walk the course. Should've gotten one years ago, absolutely love it.”
