Staff was kind and knowledgeable. Delivery was as scheduled. I did not use the parts yet, though.

I ordered a front wheel for my cart, which I purchased in 2018. The wheel sent was twice the size of the one I needed. I have to send it back, which is going to cost me money. I was not told to send it back C.O.D. You are supposed to send me the correct wheel soon, within the next week.

I appreciated the quick response to testing my battery and returning a new battery, however, after charging the battery to full, the first 18 I played using the cart, the battery died after 15 holes. Pushing the cart was tough. Now I have charged it again and it shows 98%. I hope the next round will go 18 holes.

I loved using the Titanium cart. It is light weight and easy to use and lift in the car. However, the speed knob keeps falling off. Build quality needs work. Also, the instructions are not good. They are difficult to follow and the instructions on how to attach accessories need improvement.

At this time I give 5 stars - received it very fast, 3 days and half way accross the country from OR - putting it together was not bad and finished almost as fast as the battery got up to full charge. Been cold so just used it for 9 holes, first time today and all went well. It can slow down much going up a hill or tee box and run out fast going down yet all within my control as a first-time owner user.

I sent a battery in to be tested to see if I need to purchase a new one and have not heard a thing back from cart tek. This was over a month ago. I tried reaching out via the website and was told someone would help me out in the next 5 minutes. I finally gave up after 20 minutes. I'm just in limbo here. Please let me know if I need to buy a new battery or do i need to check and see if there is something wrong with the actual cart. so far my review would be less than flattering. Hi Kristian, Back on 4/5 we received your battery and were not able to recover the battery. We called the phone number that was on the order, and left a voicemail to get a return call back. Of note, both the email and phone number that was provided in the order are different than the contact information you gave us above. Please give our service department a call at 541-633-4308. We're open Monday-Friday, 9:00 to 5:00 PST.

I have had my Cart for 5 yrs. Any time I have called to add something to my cart fix something, they have responded immediately and fixes any problems. They are there to treat their customers very timely. I highly recommend this brand and their company highly.

I ordered a new battery connector for a Cart Tek trolly that I've had for several years. It's nice to know there's someone out there that provides support for older units.

I had two conversations with the service department. The first too narrow the problem and get suggestions to troubleshoot the ideas. After narrowing ideas called back and ordered two motors. Replaced and the cart is running like new. This cart has a least 300 rounds on a hilly course. The service department was right on with the solution to my problems.
