“I loved the V2 and now love the V3. I still have the V2 and thanks to Tyler sending me parts it is working great and will keep it for backup. Cart Tek has been great with any questions and the service after the sale is second to none. I purchased the V3 with the upgrade and this cart is so nice and love the upgraded umbrella holder and leather grips. I play 3 to 4 times a week and at the age of 75 I have been blessed to be able to walk and play golf and Cart Tek is a big reason for that. I always tell my friends if you love to walk instead of paying cart fees it will pay for itself in 7 months. I am very happy and highy recommend Cart Tek and Tyler is great to deal with.”

“The 975Li is a workhorse which I never stop praising to golf companions. The Cart Tek response team is the best in the industry! I use my cart 4-5 days a week throughout the golf season and value its convenience and reliability, knowing that excellent support is a phone call away. When the motor controller died on my old cart recently, a quick conversation with a technician diagnosed the problem, providing me with a repair estimate. Cart Tek sent a box and return mailing label the same day as my call. Once I returned the cart, it was repaired and returned to me within a few days, and for less than the original cost estimate, and a fraction of the cost of a new cart.”

“Customer service was very helpful. I received the replacement part in a timely manner. I also received extra connectors and a color chart that, as it turned out, I needed. More importantly, I received detailed instructions and a YouTube video on how to install the lower shaft. I followed the instructions carefully, for the rather difficult installation, and everything worked out perfectly. Thanks, Paul”

“Customer service is why I chose the gri-1500li. I scoped out the carts on the $2000 range and it came down to 2 carts that were the best. I had quite a few questions on the carts and Carr Tek was by far the best customer service. I have bought more accessories and they have been very helpful by answering all my questions. They have been very good. I know, I worked in customer service for 39 years.”

“Purchased a new battery and accessories for my Cart Tek. The website said free shipping for orders over $250. My order was over $350, and I was still charged shipping. I was in a hurry and didn't bother to dispute it; just placed the order anyway. Very annoying. Following up on the above. When this was brought to Cart Tek's attention through my review, they promptly refunded the shipping charge. I very much appreciate their response.”

“I have had my cart tek for about three years now, and have enjoyed it by getting my exercise while golfing, and paying for it, by saving $20 every round by not having to get a cart. It has been dependable, and the customer service provided, is dependable and so helpful. I would recommend cart tek!”

“My Cart Tek is great! Best year of golf in a long time and walking the course at my age is wonderful ... as most ride. The cart is so stable and easy to set. It makes the round enjoyable. Just wish it would hand me my club! Great product and others I know who use Cart Teks feel the same as I do.”
