“Most importantly, the cart tek staff are very responsive and helpful. I've had several brands of electric caddies, cart tek is the best product I've had. The new model works wonderfully well. Would very much recommend the company and the product.”

“I have been using my new Cart Tek for six weeks now and my only regret is that I didn’t buy it years ago. The pre-sale customer service was helpful in selecting the model best suited for my habits and home course. Their post-sale customer service is equally outstanding as their chat option is a real person not a AI bot.”

“The machine is well designed however the gear/motor has a weak point. It contains some small plastic gears that shear off when overloaded and can not be replaced. A couple dollars worth of gears would fix the problem but instead it costs $220 for each replacement motor. On the positive side the service people were very helpful and had the part shipped quickly.”
