Speed dial control unit has broke 3 times in the 2 years I've owned the cart. Seems like there should be a better option for this part.

Hi Bill, Thank you for your feedback. The caddy that you're referring to is actually 4 years old, not 2 years. Often, the reason that the speed dials fail is when people overturn the speed dial. Make sure that you're not trying to forcefully turn the dial too much.

The only thing that was good was the speed in which we received the parts I ordered. Needed to return the first items I ordered and had to e-mail the same request about 5 times to get a shipping label. Stupid!! Kept asking for the same info.

Hi Linda, I double-checked, the battery that you're referring to is actually nearly three years old, not one year.

My cart is 2 years old and I'm having problems with the battery. I ordered a new battery which with the shipping and custom's fees will cost me $500. Cart Tek said the battery should last longer than 2 years and advised me to detach one of the leads but before I could read the email, they shipped the new one. After detaching the lead the performance was better and I managed to do 18 holes but only for 2 rounds.This morning I got only 1 hole before it stalled.

I have 3 Cart Tek carts.... It hurts me to give such a low review. The service and sales teams are normally beyond helpful. But my last requests for parts have been, awkward. This is a work in progress. I know they will come through.

I sent a battery in to be tested to see if I need to purchase a new one and have not heard a thing back from cart tek. This was over a month ago. I tried reaching out via the website and was told someone would help me out in the next 5 minutes. I finally gave up after 20 minutes. I'm just in limbo here. Please let me know if I need to buy a new battery or do i need to check and see if there is something wrong with the actual cart. so far my review would be less than flattering. Hi Kristian, Back on 4/5 we received your battery and were not able to recover the battery. We called the phone number that was on the order, and left a voicemail to get a return call back. Of note, both the email and phone number that was provided in the order are different than the contact information you gave us above. Please give our service department a call at 541-633-4308. We're open Monday-Friday, 9:00 to 5:00 PST.

Purchased a cart used. Have spent as much as a new cart replacing the parts.
