“I love the selection here but my prefer has been overlooked more than once. I bought two Father’s Day gifts for two different ppl. Father’s Day was five days ago. One of the gifts arrived two days ago and the other one well he’s still waiting for it. My purchase was June 3rd and Father’s Day was June 16th… it’s hard to guesstimate how much time is needed but the customer service was pleasant about it.”

“What the heck are they thinking with these prices JUN HO LYCHEE for $49.99 for one 350ml bottle? This is $4.99 at my local store and many other online retailers. This company absolutely sucks if this is what they do to people. Terrible! i hope you go out of business.”

“I will never order from CaskCartetl again. My shipment has been pending for 6 days now. A label & FedEx tracking number was created on 06/17. FedEx still has not received the shipment. My email to CaskCartel asking for help went unanswered. Now I have to wait until some undetermined time has passed before they allow me to make a claim with the route protection.”

“I love Cask Cartel for their ability to provide unique spirits that I have been unable to find locally or want to share as a gift. The only drawback is the shipping time and communication around shipping. While I understand some of the products are more difficult to source, I should receive updates or notifications when shipped, but I don't always receive them.”
