“My partners urn was delivered twice and Bare Cremations came to our household twice. Why do you ask I shall tell you.
Urn number one was delivered pronto during festive season with no instructions advising check lid unscrews in one smooth movement.
I know zero about urns. Bare Cremations rocked up to decant but the lid had come off its thread on one side and the other was flat making it impossible to unwind. I contacted Premium urns upset who advised they do a quality check on their urns before posting... yeah right.
They posted the 2nd urn out express post with tracking number and I did receive within days thank you but your quality check was not done. I have him home now in his beautiful urn and know he would of been rolling his eyes!”
Hi Isabel, thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear that you were pleased with our quick turnaround time. However, we received the urn you mentioned back at our warehouse and couldn't find any faults with it. The lid was working perfectly fine. It's possible that the lid was not screwed on correctly, which may have caused it to become stuck.
“Does not look like the picture
The picture shows the pendant as shiny but it is actually dull
It also shows that it has a silver chain which it doesn't
It comes with a cheap black piece of rope to use as a chain so how I have to find a chain that will actually fit through the loop
Also the colours of the inside urn are totally different yo the picture
The only good thing is it was bigger then I expected”

“The quality of the Urn is fine, But this is something you only really buy when someone close to you has died, so the company pushing you to create an account (just in case more of your family die I guess?) and fishing for reviews is in really bad taste.”
