“I purchased this product as I already had a flap on my door which was broken. It was very easy to fit and the delivery for the company was first class as my purchase was delivered on a bank holiday.”

“Very impressed with the cat flap we purchased. It arrived in a few days and was exactly as described. We have fitted it and the instructions to fit and operate were straight forward and it is now up and running. The price was a fraction of the cost from other suppliers for the identical make and model and I would definitely use catflaps.co.uk again.”

“I haven't yet fitted my new Staywell catflap but I don't forsee any problems as it's a direct and exact replacement for the one it's replacing (bought that long ago I can't remember). it's just worn out through understandable wear and tear. I was relieved to find that the model I originally fitted is still available because: a. I know it's a well made product, does it's job and is 100% reliable. b. Being a direct replacement, it will fit into the same hole with only a couple of minutes work tightening two screws. Price was a key issue and after a lot of searching Catflaps.co.uk were unbeatable - my first port of call, as usual was eBay, the prices on there were really stupid compared to the price I ended up paying so if you can find one of these flaps cheaper new then good luck to you. The service from Catflaps.co.uk was second to none with regular updates on my order status and delivery within 48 hours at the standard rate. There's nothing not to like about my experience with Catflaps.co.uk and would recommend them to anyone - based on my recent experience.”

“I ordered my cat flap on the afternoon of a Tuesday and it arrived with me mid morning on the Wednesday so very impressed with the speed of the service. The box was a little battered (looked like it may have been opened previously) but the item itself was in perfect condition. Good value too.”
