“Don’t recommend paid for an item on special waited for a month after numerous phone calls and emails was told item was no longer available yet it is still for sale on the website .After more phone calls and emails a refund was finally given. Worst first transaction ever.How does the company still exist with such poor customer service.”
“Ordered a pair of swimmers, got sent the wrong size. Rather long protracted process of getting an email sent to me that contained the return address. Sent the incorrect product back only to be sent exactly the same incorrect product back to me as a replacement! Unbelievably poor customer service, takes up to five days from when you submit a complaint for a return address to be sent to you and then at least ten days for the returns centre to process the return. I have never dealt with such a shonky company. Sadly due to the two months that have gone by I now can't get the item anywhere else due to it being sold out. I'd rather go without than try my luck with Catch again. Here's hoping a get a refund rather than a store credit as I won't be using them again. Oh, and they advertise a LIVE CHAT feature, I can't for the life of me figure out where that is and I'm pretty computer savvy. Avoid with a barge pole for peace of mind.”
“The worst customer experience imaginable. Ordered for Christmas, in November, advised dispatched did not arrive. Followed up multiple times, directed us to delivery partner who had no record of tracking number. Eventually found out order was lost and they would not send a replacement. Then refunded money to a cancelled card even though requested in writing for a different refund. Now they have made it our responsibility to follow up with the bank for the refund. Hours of time following up, still no refund and no wine fridge.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS RETAILER.”
“Bought a Hyundai Power Station from one of their sellers that appears 'used' on arrival. Was willing to overlook this if it did its job but then lo and behold it was faulty. The returns process has been an absolute nightmare, the seller keeps canceling my return request without explanation and Catch is not doing anything about it.”

Be careful before getting the club catch subscription. they have changed the setting so automatically will charge you for a year instead of a month and won't refund your money.

Low and behold - 14days later i receive email saying sorry order refunded as no longer available = ruined Christmas for family and two little girls who don't have a Christmas tree and questioning will they get presents.....”

I used the free delivery option when browsing for items I wanted to purchase.
I clicked on the items [from one of there suppliers ] which also had ‘free delivery’ in its advert.
On checking out I was charged delivery fees.
Being naive and thinking this was simply a computer glitch I proceeded to order the items.
I contacted catch before purchase to alert them to the issue and subsequent to my purchase.
Lovely coutious response But basically it’s not there issue.
It’s there third party supplier.
Totally in breach of consumer law so I’ll be pursuing them.
Clear arrogant deceptive and misleading advertising with a ‘we care ‘ but quite frankly they don’t.”
