“Very impressed with your prompt delivery, however, I am not sure I am keeping the sandals - they are really lovely, but slightly too narrow for me. One of my daughters is coming here on Wednesday, and they may fit her, in which case, we shall keep them. If they do not fit her, I shall return them, but thank you for sending them so quickly. “Five star customer service, extremely accommodating, went the extra mile over a problem with faulty merchandise, the whole transaction took 4 days from placing original order to receipt of replacement item, less time than it takes some websites to send first shipment. Highly recommended and I will definitely use again. Thank you!”

“The member of staff that I spoke to at Cavells was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the product, helpful and thoughtful. I bought a pair of shoes online and spoke to her before purchasing them. She knew that the sizes came up large and she was also able to talk to me clearly about the returns policy. She checked the shoes were in stock and arranged for them to be dispatched that afternoon. She was delightful to speak to as well and I felt that the service was outstanding and felt very personal as though I was in the shop with her. I have been meaning to phone and thank her for her help. The courier service were initially disappointing but eventually the situation was dealt with by a helpful member of the courier company. Overall, because of the great experience with the Cavells member of staff I would be very happy to use Cavells again.”

“The delivery of my shoes was excellent, I wasn't able to be at home for the delivery and I was given the "leave in a safe place option", I was then told what time it would be left and then when it had actually been delivered. Great service. The shoes are perfect too, comfortable, look good and true to size.”

“Was so pleased to see Maxmara and it came quickly too! Can you work out a way at source that the VAT comes off, as we don't pay it in The Channel Islands and I expected it to come off with PayPal as it sometimes does, but it didn't and it was too late by then as the order had gone through. Great service though.”
